The location was good and clean, but the bed was small and a little uncomfortable. Although it was cleaned during my stay, it was not vacuumed, so a lot of hair and dust accumulated in the room. Breakfast was decent, but the juice bottle was sticky and there were some bugs along with the bread. We were together and the coffee made from coffee beans was delicious.
The staff was reasonably friendly, but I wouldn't visit again.

Chambre business, spacieuse, moderne, décorée avec goût, et très bien équipée. Emplacement au calme. Equipe à l'écoute. Très bon petit déjeuner. La sdb est équipée d'une très belle baignoire, mais pas forcément pratique pour s'y doucher.

Came in to lobby for a cappuccino out of the rain! Lovely server explained would be a few moments as she was serving someone else - absolutely no problem, lovely cappuccino. Decided we would like a cocktail, ordered at the restaurant to be told "no problem". Twenty minutes later, husband asked where cocktails were. Second server said "no problem". When drinks arrived we were told it WAS a problem to have drinks in the foyer 10 feet away from the restaurant. Pretty poor service, obviously wouldn't recommend! Hope the rest of the hotel is better....

Hotel isn't very large, but it has freindly staff, god breakfast and nice place. It was very god for us and we had good time there . Hotel is close to many nice turist areas. I am very satisfied and definitely can suggest this hotel to my family and friends.

I was with a group of friends and found the accessibility to everything we wanted to see very easy to find and walk to.
The front staff was very welcoming. We arrived earlier than check in, but were treated to coffee and pastries while our bags were tagged and stored.

Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Decorations very tasteful. Bed very comfortable and nice big TV. Location is very convenient too. I would definitely stay here again if I was in central Budapest.
