The location is great. It's convenient to go everywhere. Every employee in the hotel is very nice. They greet each other when they meet. There is no racial discrimination. They are very patient when asking questions. There is an opera ticket center in the hotel. The red wine for afternoon tea is delicious and there is a piano. Play, and luckily there is also a beautiful singer. The breakfast snack is also delicious, you can order it now. The soft boiled eggs are especially delicious. The silicon fish for breakfast was super delicious. The only regret was that there was no kettle, toothbrush or toothpaste in the room.

This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The service, the luxury, the attention to detail...they're exceptional. The room was beautiful, and the pillows are like sleeping on a cloud. The cleanliness and turndown service was fantastic, and the breakfast was so delicious. Jason and the team can't do enough to help. Thank you to all of you, especially Jason, and Annita at the stunning Sky Bar, and the reception team. You all treated us like people, not room numbers, which makes an enormous difference. Thank you so much. I could go on and on, but that would spoil it. You have to go and experience this hotel...it'll be the best decision you've ever made.

Truly fantastic Hotel, so many staff around and all so friendly. Roof top bar is awesome even in February. Where else can you have a drink and an awesome view
Location is also perfect in every way, Basilica virtually next door, hop on hop off bus also round the corner and an easy walk to Chain Bridge
Our room was lovely , cannot fault at all

Words cannot even begin to describe how fond I was of my stay at the Aria Library Hotel in Budapest. From the location, to grand lobby, the deliciousness of the food, all was perfect. Additionally, the staff and service at this hotel is top notch. The employees went out of their way to make sure we were taken care. Balázs Somogyi, specifically made my partner and I feel at home and shared local spots we should be sure to see. I cannot come back and visit again.

We started this amazing stay with an unexpected suite upgrade. The suite was very luxurious with a nice view. The hotel lobby was the gorgeous setting for the delicious daily breakfasts and afternoon wine and cheese. All staff members we dealt with were incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located near St. Stephen's Basilica, which had a spectacular Chris**as market during our visit. It is walkable to all major Budapest attractions, or the metro if you prefer. We cannot recommend enough!

I have just had a most memorable experience at The Aria Hotel. I adored it. Why? Well, there are many reasons… the location is fabulous and very close to the famous chain bridge. The breakfasts were outstanding. The complimentary 4.00 p.m. cocktail hours were lovely and were accompanied by live music. Every entrance from the rooms, to the elevators, to the lobby to the spa presented a beautiful array of music, from classical to jazz to contemporary, changing all the time and extremely soothing to the soul. The rooms are very comfortable, beautifully appointed and immaculate. The roof-top bar is gorgeous with a lovely view….albeit it was a little chilly for me to frequent during my stay. And, after long days of exploring the beautiful city of Budapest, I was tired and a little sore! So every evening I would end up in the spa enjoying the warmth of the jacuzzi and infrared room. What more could you possibly want on a holiday? And… here I must mention the staff. They were absolutely delightful and so sincere. Forgive me if I do not remember everyone’s names….but here we go. Thank you….Rita, Jason, Gellert, Petra, Sandor, Adam, Antoinella, Emese…..and there were more….Heartfelt thanks…continue on with your wonderful service! Annemaree

Fantastic stay You may think you are a small hotel but you have a big heart The hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in The style and the music theme is so original with everything designed to make our stay so special…..full credit to the designers who thought of every detail All the staff were fantastic to compliment this amazing hotel We would like to give a special thanks to Antonella, Adam and Jason who made our stay even more special as I celebrated my birthday with you all….please give our thanks I will highly rate your hotel to all our friends knowing they will have a fantastic stay with you. Lovely hotel by St Stephen's Cathedral. The room was fantastic with very high ceilings, heavy doors, beautiful decor, and old-world charm. The spa was fantastic. The public room was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing missing was a library, lol, a room where you could sit during the day and pour yourself a cup of coffee (the coffee in the rooms was terrible) or a glass of flavored water and sit and read a book. Two employees stood out for us...Galliet at the front desk was extremely helpful on many occasions and Jason, serving at breakfast, was efficient and so friendly and fun to talk with.
