The location is great. It's convenient to go everywhere. Every employee in the hotel is very nice. They greet each other when they meet. There is no racial discrimination. They are very patient when asking questions. There is an opera ticket center in the hotel. The red wine for afternoon tea is delicious and there is a piano. Play, and luckily there is also a beautiful singer. The breakfast snack is also delicious, you can order it now. The soft boiled eggs are especially delicious. The silicon fish for breakfast was super delicious. The only regret was that there was no kettle, toothbrush or toothpaste in the room.

We stayed here for the first time early Apr 2024 but will definitely be back! The hotel is beautiful and very well located a stone's throw from the basilica. It is easy to find and to walk to most attractions from here. We stayed in the Frank Sinatra room which exceeded our expectations, being comfortable but luxurious. The service was second to none! All the staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make all their guests feel special. The complimentary cheese and wine was a lovely touch and we looked forward to this daily. I cannot recommend the place more highly and we will definitely return - it's a real gem!! We cannot wait to come back.

This is a beautiful hotel where every comfort is accommodated. The rooms are large, well appointed and imaginatively decorated. We were in the Mozart Room. A peaceful and tranquil space ideal for sleeping and relaxing. There’s a lovely balcony with comfortable chairs. The breakfast offering is a wide variety of quality produce including a number of cooked options. Excellent poached eggs and omelettes. A must is the rooftop bar and the cheese and wine served every day between 4 - 6 pm. Scrumptious and charming.

Wo fange ich an? Zimmer phantastisch, Musikkonzept einzigartig, Bäder hervorragend, gute Pflegeprodukte von Molton Brown, Personal herzlich, freundlich, sehr zugewandt - man fühlt sich willkommen! Wir waren eine ganze Woche in diesem Hotel und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Zum Hochzeitstag gab es vom Hotel eine Flasche Wein und eine reizende Glückwunschkarte, zum Frühstück gab es individuell zubereitete Eierspeisen, frisch! gepressten Orangensaft und von Müsli über Pfannkuchen konnte man alles ordern. Ein Gläschen Prosecco am Morgen hat uns auch nicht geschadet! 😜 Wein und Köse am Nachmittag mit live Musik verschiedenster Künstler - wir lieben diese „blaue Stunde“ von 16-18 Uhr zum Relaxen, bei Buchung dieses Hotels ist auch das inkludiert. Der Spabereich, den wir oft genutzt haben, umfasst einen Pool, einen Whirlpool, zwei Saunen und! ein Dampfbad. Alles perfekt in Schuss in einer dem Hotel angemessenen Größe. Die Rooftopbar mit Blick über Budapest sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen, auch wenn man kein Hotelgast ist! Aber das liebenswürdige, serviceorientierte und kompetente Personal war das Tüpfelchen auf dem i! Danke an alle, die unseren Aufenthalt haben so speziell werden lassen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Eine unbedingte Empfehlung! 🤩😊♥️

I chose this hotel for our stay in Budapest for my husband’s birthday because of the reviews and location. We were upgraded and our room was lovely. Comfortable and stylish. Lots of storage space, super king bed etc. Breakfast was fresh with many choices and there was never a day when something had run out. Staff make this hotel with their friendliness, professionalism and willingness to help. Everything we needed was provided. Cheese and wine in the afternoon is a delightful treat. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. A couple of changes would be appreciated: I would like to see the hotel move to use refillable dispensers for shampoo/shower gel etc as a way to reduce plastic and please could you keep some postage stamps at front desk for guests to buy as getting stamps was an ordeal and some of us still send post cards. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Just loved this boutique hotel in Budapest . Room was stunning spotless and so comfortable. Location was perfect right beside the Catherdral and easy walkable distance to all tourist must sees . Spa was very special plus we had the whole morning to ourselves.
The staff were superb and so well trained and super friendly. Thankyou Hannah David and Balazs at reception and boggi at the Spa. We will return very soon. Amazing stay

My daughter found this 5* deluxe hotel for a family trip for 4 days in Budapest. The family ranged from children of 6 and 12 to grandparents in their seventies From the first moments of our arrival the staff treated us like personal guests. We had beautiful bedrooms including an upgrade to a lovely suite in the Opera wing and service and helpfulness at all levels could not be better! The premises were originally a disused bank and the 50+ guest rooms either have great views of the massive atrium which is filled with light or lovely views of the streets outside close to the magnificent Basilica in the main pedestrianised centre of Budapest. The conversion to a brilliant luxury hotel took place a few years ago. The highlight of this hotel though is the attentiveness of the staff who are just superb. The top floor of the hotel houses the main restaurant and bar with stunning sunset views of the Basilica and rooftops of the city Between 4:00pm to 6:00pm every day the guests are offered a free “teatime snack” of fresh cheese and wine or complimentary soft drinks- a fantastic way to to relax after a hard day’s sightseeing around the beautiful city of Budapest. During this time the resident pianist plays beautiful music often accompanied by a local singer performing well known arias or songs from West End shows. It’s a great way to prepare for Dinner in the City We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

The property is gorgeous with excellent staff. You really feel well cared for: attentive yet out of the way. The breakfast was a super nice and convenient experience with healthy options available for the vegetarian. I wished the room service and dinner options were broader but within steps from the door were amazing food options.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Lots of staff, lovely service. Very good English spoken. Lovely rooms. Nice dinner at the hotel sky bar High Note. Buffet breakfast included with made to order items. Turn down with truffles. Pool area was very soothing (lighting, canopied lounge beds)
