First of all i can't seem to find the hotel on my arrival. Luckily the receptionist works 24 hours and manged to call them to find out. The location of the hotel is quite good. The cleanliness could be better. The room was quite dusty but I just adjusted and stay. I just felt the price I have paid does not tally with my expectations.

La struttura è veramente fatiscente, in 3 gg di soggiorno non è mai stata pulita.La colazione consegnata alla reception in un box con all'interno: 1 brioche 1 sottiletta 1 bustina di te senza poter riscaldare l'acqua e 1 marmellatina, il tutto da consumare nella propria stanza.... naturalmente tutto è andato nella spazzatura. Nota positiva è la ottima posizione a 100 metri dalla fermata della metro e non lontano a piedi dal quartiere ebraico.

Hotel di poche pretese, che non dovrebbe neanche definirsi tale in quanto è una via di mezzo tra un residence e un ostello. Prenotato su Booking con inclusa la colazione, scopro che la colazione non esiste. Se chiedi ti danno un vassoio con del pane e delle bustine per fare il te. Il Caffe si paga e le altre bevande si pagano! Non c’è una sala apposita, ne una hall. Appena arrivato, la camera era un forno crematorio con i termosifoni bollenti, ho dovuto pregare il ragazzo dello staff di venire in camera a spegnerli ma si è mostrato molto maleducato e seccato. Non c’è pulizia quotidiana ne cambio asciugamani. La struttura si trova in uno stabile buio e cupo. Non menziono altre scomodità ma dico solo che l’Unica cosa positiva è che è vicino alla stazione metro, quindi ottimo per visitare la città. Ma per il resto non ci tornerei

Problema. Pagué por ******* y luego me cobraron otra vez allí en recepcion diciendo que el pago no se habia hecho. Por la mañana avise al chico de recepcion de que tenia los dos cargos en mi tarjeta. Lo verificó y dijo que me mandarian email. No he recibido ni el reembolso ni el email, ni es facil encontrar email del hotel, ni ******* me permite reclamarlo. Mal.

Room was simple furnished, warm and clean, bed was comfortable and pillows were in two sizes. Staff was friendly and helpful with informations about Budapest. It is close to center and near public transport.

The walls are very thin and unfortunately had new guests staying next door daily, who always felt the need to carry on with loud conversations, laughter, late at night.
Television did not work in my room.
Clean hotel though, spotless white sheets and towels, comfortable beds, great location. The building is in a courtyard, which makes a little bit of distance from the hustle and bustle of the main road. I would recommend for budget stay in the city, only for sleeping. (If fellow guests let it)
