First of all i can't seem to find the hotel on my arrival. Luckily the receptionist works 24 hours and manged to call them to find out. The location of the hotel is quite good. The cleanliness could be better. The room was quite dusty but I just adjusted and stay. I just felt the price I have paid does not tally with my expectations.

The structure is truly dilapidated, in 3 days of stay it was never cleaned. The breakfast was delivered to the reception in a box containing: 1 croissant, 1 thin slice, 1 tea bag without being able to heat the water and 1 jam, all to consume in your room.... of course everything went in the bin. A positive note is the excellent location, 100 meters from the metro stop and not far on foot from the Jewish quarter.

An unpretentious hotel, which shouldn't even be defined as such as it is a cross between a residence and a hostel. Booked on Booking with breakfast included, I discover that breakfast does not exist. If you ask they will give you a tray with some bread and some tea bags. Coffee is paid for and other drinks are paid for! There is no special room or hall. As soon as I arrived, the room was a crematorium with boiling radiators, I had to ask the staff guy to come to the room and turn them off but he was very rude and annoyed. There is no daily cleaning or towel change. The structure is located in a dark and gloomy building. I won't mention other inconveniences but I'll just say that the only positive thing is that it is close to the metro station, therefore excellent for visiting the city. But otherwise I wouldn't go back

Problem. I paid for ******* and then they charged me again there at the reception saying that the payment had not been made. In the morning I notified the guy at the reception that I had the two charges on my card. He verified it and said they would send me an email. I have not received the refund or the email, nor is it easy to find the hotel's email, nor does ******* allow me to claim it. Evil.

Room was simple furnished, warm and clean, bed was comfortable and pillows were in two sizes. Staff was friendly and helpful with informations about Budapest. It is close to center and near public transport.

The walls are very thin and unfortunately had new guests staying next door daily, who always felt the need to carry on with loud conversations, laughter, late at night.
Television did not work in my room.
Clean hotel though, spotless white sheets and towels, comfortable beds, great location. The building is in a courtyard, which makes a little bit of distance from the hustle and bustle of the main road. I would recommend for budget stay in the city, only for sleeping. (If fellow guests let it)
