Great location. Customer service is amazing — they responded to our requests lightning fast. Love the Nespresso and mini-fridge in the room. Breakfast spread has something for everyone.

L'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel absolument adorable, aux petits soins pour chaque demande, le petit déjeuner très fourni et varié. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de bruit ni de dérangement. Le restaurant libanais de l'hôtel est délicieux !! L'hôtel est idéalement placé sur une grande artère, proche de tout à pied et tous les transports en commun à proximité

Excellent hotel, zero faults, amazing friendly staff who go above and beyond, excellent breakfast and omelettes at request of any choice ! Hotel was very central and within walking distance of all main attractions. Defintely be back to this city and hotel!

We checked into this hotel from 22/04/2024 -26/04/2024 and what amazing hotel and everyone played their part at the hotel , one very good point is the cleaners kept the hotel absolute spotless and reception staff were very polite and the breakfast was excellent and a very nice bar/restaurant with great food and drinks and the hotel was central location which was great much appreciated Steve and Sam Ward room 221 which was wonderful

Excelente ubicación En un sitio inmejorable. Desayuno correcto. Habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas Fuimos buscando un sitio bien ubicado y la verdad es que mereció la pena. Muy cerca de la parada donde viene del aeropuerto. Y de la mayoría de los sitios que ver en PEST

Stayed in a top floor superior room for 4 nights. The room was very spacious and when the blackout blinds were active, it was a comfortable pitch-dark sleeping experience. The room's layout and decor did match website pictures. The 24/7 available coffee in the lobby was great, reception was pleasant, and the location is excellent; the hotel is practically on top of the nearest metro station. There are many attractions and restaurants nearby within a few minutes walk. The gym & sauna areas were very clean, well stocked, and organized. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of breakfast foods, fruits, yogurts, and toppings available and was delicious. My room did have a few issues where the electronic window blinds + blackout blinds weren't responsive to the switches, so I had to repeatedly press the buttons on the wall until they started moving. The shower door's seal popped off once but was promptly fixed next day. When I was about to check out, the lights in the bathroom stopped working. Overall these were minor inconveniences and I would recommend staying here
