The hotel is very nice. It's just a few hundred meters away from the airport bus and it's very convenient to go anywhere. The waiters are also very enthusiastic.

The hotel gave us a room which its air conditioner was out of order. They failed to change another room for us. Instead of, they gave us a small fan as compensation while the fan was noisy but not cool. The door hinge of washroom was loose. The fridge was not cool. Attitude of reception is nice but useless in solving the problem. Even the fan was given under our request. A very bad experience.

Helpful and friendly staff, very clean and really good internet connection. Location is also really convenient where I saved a lot in taxi rides compared to my previous hotel.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, in the city center, at the entrance of the Jewish Quarter. You can walk to many important sights in the city. You can also choose from all possible combinations of subway, bus, bus to the airport and tram.
As for the hotel itself, for its price, I expected more. The hotel overlooks a narrow street, the rooms are not very big, and the bathrooms are not very good or very good. They come in at 9:30am to do room service, and if you don't want to, they can do it at 4:00pm.
