The room is in a good location and clean. But it is inconvenient for first-timers, as they need to communicate repeatedly online! The key is an electronic code and a mobile app, which makes people feel dizzy at first... I especially praise Ctrip's customer service, who helped me very professionally, effectively and nicely. Although I waited for 3 hours, it made me feel warm! Thank you!

Located centrally within a short walk to a number of good bars, restaurants and cafes however it can get noisy until the early hours of the morning. The apartment was compact but big enough for 2 people however the bed was a very small queen. There was only 1 coffee capsule for 2 people staying and although there were lots of electrical sockets, they were all for European plugs and not one had a USB connection which would be far more useful for most travellers. The bathroom mirror was laughable - I’m 5ft 2” and could just see the top of my head in it!
Instructions to gain entry were emailed on check-in day, which also included downloading an app. This would’ve been useful to know prior to travelling.

They ask me to check in online, but how many times do they ask me to?
In the end, an error occurred and the sofa bed wasn't ready, so the counter staff hurriedly prepared it for us.
And you can never find a hotel on the outside of the building.
Reception is also difficult to find.
They say they won't answer the phone, but will contact you via email if you chat.
When you come to the building after finding the address, you must carefully read the contents of the A4 paper posted on the door and find the reception.
The accommodation is okay and the check-out is okay, but the check-in is by far the worst of any place in the world.

Central location and spotless apartments. The room was squeaky clean and the check-in process was quite easy. We arrived a bit earlier than check-in and the front office held our luggages for us (same upon check-out). I would stay here again for sure!
