We were given a room for the handicapped with no reason. There was no place for putting towel or wash bag in the toilet. The room phone was not working. Overall, it’s not a five star hotel, maybe 3-4 stars.

The overall hotel is just so-so. There are no restaurants nearby. The hotel said it would open for lunch at 11 am, but when I entered the restaurant at 11:35 am, no one was there. I waited for 15 minutes but no one served me. How can it be rated as a five-star hotel?

The hotel is opposite the Parliament Building and very close to it. The hotel is very quiet, not crowded and noisy. It is not far from any scenic spot in Budapest. The hotel is very clean overall and the location is very good. However, there were not enough night service staff, and it took a long time to communicate with me about adding a quilt.
