Nice, cozy, clean ( the most important) at the center of everything!!! Next to the famous New York cafe! Literally you have everything around you (bus, tram, super market, fast food ,beer bar's) And the people at the reception very friendly! I totally suggest you center point!!

One of the worst experiences of my life, no-one there to let us in even though arrived at exact time stated so had to call at our expense, then room still not ready. No key in lockbox as per their instructions! After waiting given shabby, noisy room with human hair on pillows and dirty bathroom. THAT NIGHT OWNER TEXT MY WIFE WHEN WE ASLEEP IN BED AT MIDNIGHT!!! ACCUSING US OF TAMPERING WITH RADIATOR VALVE (HADN'T TOUCHED IT OF COURSE) WANTED US TO SEND HIM PHOTOS OF IT!!! THEN INSISTED ON SENDING GUY AT 12.30 AM TO CHECK WHO CAME, PUT HIS TOOLS ALL OVER OUR BED WAS COMPLAINING AGRESSIVE AND SWEARING IN ENGLISH ABOUT HAVING TO COME, NOTE THAT THE RADIATOR WASNT LEAKING OR ANY OTHER EMERGENCY - GUESS JUST A CONTROL FREAK OWNER WHO SEEMS TO SPEND HIS TIME WIRELESSLY MONITORING EACH ROOMS RADIATOR TEMPS FOR SOME BIZZARE REASON!! ANYWAY WHATS IT GOT TO DO WITH HIM IF GUESTS CHOOSE TO HAVE THE RADIATOR ON? AFTER THIS WE WERE PARANIOD - WONDERED IF HE HAD HIDDEN CAMERAS IN ROOM ALSO SO WE "SLEPT" IN OUR CLOTHES! OBVIOUSLY, WE CALLED OUR AGENT IMMEDIATELY AND CANCELLED REST OF STAY AND CLAIMED FOR A REFUND WHICH THE COMPANY GLADLY GAVE. Apart from all that, place is in a scary neighborhood with lots of strange people hanging around and urine puddles right up to the complex entry door, NOISIEST ROOM I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. Rickety lift that only holds one person and a case! They also promised we could store our luggage until 8pm on leaving day as we had a late flight back then when we arrived said only could till 4pm. We gladly moved to a proper hotel, closer to centre with all expected facilities, reception, even free breakfast, safe luggage store all for same money we paid for this experience - so take a good look before booking - please see photo of guy in our room at MIDNIGHT AND TEXTS TO MY WIFE!!
