酒店位置和早餐不錯，但客房每天的清潔服務非常差，飲用水及洗浴用品用完不補充，並且在我們入住期間發生了非常可怕的事情，我們入住的房間幾乎每分鐘都會發出轟轟轟的聲音，並且伴隨着這可怕的噪音還能感受到地板在震動，我們打電話給酒店要求換房，酒店先是派了一位工程人員前來房間查看，工程人員衹是簡單的説了句他也不知道聲音從哪裡來就走了，然後過了差不多半個小時酒店都沒有聯繫我們換房的事情，還是我們又主動打電話去問，結果酒店回覆他們所有的房間都有聲音，意思就是換房也沒用，但我們同行的另一間房就沒有這種聲音，酒店處理問題的方式讓人太無語...

一句話，比另外一條街上的麗思卡爾頓好，房間差不多，餐廳出品要好許多。底樓的米其林餐廳，無論是早餐還是晚餐的出品都是高水準

首先，這個房間是沒有浴缸的，照片真的是照騙
其次，住了 4個晚上，每天的早飯一成不變，大盤的酸奶還不是每天有，最後一天的早飯，都不主動來問要茶還是咖啡，也沒有給菜單
還有，客房打掃看工作人員的，有些整的很乾凈，有些就鋪個床，洗浴用品都不補……
不會再選擇這個酒店
