The hotel conditions are average, but the service attitude and service level are particularly poor. The room rate has been paid in full when booking with Ctrip. When checking in at the front desk, you are not allowed to swipe your credit card for pre-sale, and no receipt is issued after swiping the card. I traveled to several countries on the same trip and other hotels didn’t require it. This hotel insisted on using it. However, I applied for pre-sale on February 15th and stayed for 2 days. It’s been almost three weeks since I left the hotel and I still haven’t received my money back. , who would dare to stay in such a hotel for the second time? Bad review. I hope that Ctrip customer service will help me implement the refund of the credit card pre-sale payment as soon as possible after reading my comment. Thank you.
