The service of the girl at the counter was very poor. It was clear that the reservation was for two people, but when checking in, the system showed that only one person could stay. After that, I had to pay 20 euros to be able to stay for two people. I immediately requested a trip. According to com, trip.com is responsible for the 20 Euro system. The surrounding area is quiet and it is not recommended to check-in at night. The room is normal.

This is the hotel where I stayed in the last night of my journey in Budapest. I stayed for one night before and thought it was good, so I booked this hotel again when I returned, but this time I found that the trash can in the toilet was not properly disposed of when I checked in. I hope the hotel will pay more attention. In addition, there are no shops around the hotel to buy daily necessities

No one at the reception upon arrival. I pressed the bell a few times and after 10 minutes a blonde lady came. Maybe because we pressed the bell, but this lady was anything but nice. The room was okay and so was the small bathroom. The breakfast was ok but with the minimum choice. We were there from September 25 to 30. Temperatures rose to 29°C in Bucharest. The room was sweltering despite the curtains being closed. No air conditioning. The room had no smoke detector, nor did we see any smoke detectors in the hotel.

Purely positive impressions: 1. Great place. The bus station is nearby, the metro is nearby, the center is not far and there is a convenient interchange to the airport. At the same time, it is a quiet area, low-rise buildings and if you need to relax - ideal 2. An excellent room for a budget hotel: modest, but neat and clean. 3. The reception desk is open 24/7. 4. Has its own parking. 5. Very competitive room price for the area. 6. Early check-in is possible (we booked the room from morning until early evening). 7. Good breakfast. And most importantly - the staff. Let me start with the fact that there is a live chat with the administrator, where you can quickly get an answer to any question instantly, and not through email or endless automated systems (“Your question is very important to us,” yeah). Secondly, I checked into a hotel a person with near-zero English and no Hungarian; as a result of instant feedback, the person checked in, rested and left by taxi without the slightest discomfort. Therefore, if you need a hotel as a place to relax before/after a flight, between busy excursion days or work, I definitely recommend it!

The lack of management is regrettable. I received a card from the Hotel informing the opening hours of the breakfast restaurant and colonial café. Breakfast: from 06:00 to 10:00 rules?

Good budget hotel, not near the center but you can get there easily by public transport in 15 minutes. At the reception very kind, they speak English very well. The area is very quiet and peaceful at any time. Cleanliness could be improved a bit.
