Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Frühstück mit allem was man braucht. Auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich, schnell und aufmerksam.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte viel Ablageflächen.
Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Reinigung unseres Zimmers. Wie wir erst am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes mitbekommen haben, sollte man ein Pappschild an die Tür hängen, wenn man ein Aufräumen des Zimmers wünschte. So wurde unser Zimmer an 3 von 6 Tagen nicht gereinigt.
Eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung oder zumindest ein tägliches Leeren der Mülleimer sollte in einem 4- Sterne-Haus selbstverständlich sein.

Ottimo hotel, posizione non in centro ma vicinissima al centro, colazione abbondante, dovrebbero aumentare la variabilità di quella dolce. C'era più salato che dolce,però comunque buona. Le camere hanno l'essenziale,sempre calde,il bagno molto spartano, con vasca, quella va modificata in doccia, perché, altrimenti scomoda e pericolosa. Matresassi e cuscini per me comodi, otimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

En la habitación había muchas manchas por todo el cuarto en la alfombra que daba asco pisar. Las lamparas como la del baño y la recamara no funcionaba. El cuarto tenia un olor desagradable. Los tubos de desagüe pasaban por la habitación y el ruido no deja dormir y se escucha todo lo que pasa en el pasillo. Un dia por la mañana salimos a las 11 am del cuarto y no fue limpiado todo el dia.
