We stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon, and unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. On the first night, we arrived very late after a long journey, only to find that there was almost no hot water. After hours of travel, we were unable to take a proper shower, which was extremely frustrating. Our room had a balcony facing directly above the restaurant, and during breakfast time it became incredibly noisy. The loud sounds from downstairs woke us up early in the morning, and it was impossible to rest. On the second night, we needed to sleep early because we had a flight the next morning. However, the hotel hosted a loud dinner event that went on until almost 11 PM. The noise was so strong that we simply could not fall asleep. I went to the front desk to raise the issue — the manager’s attitude was quite rude, although the reception staff was at least polite. The only solution offered was to move us to a slightly quieter room, with no compensation at all. To make things worse, the new room also had no hot water in the early morning. After two sleepless nights and multiple issues left unresolved, I can honestly say that this was the worst hotel of our entire trip. For a place that presents itself as a quality hotel, the experience was far below acceptable standards. I regret having to leave such a negative review, but our honeymoon stay was completely ruined.

During check-in, Levente at the front desk and his supervisor helped me select a room with an exceptional view—directly facing the Hungarian Parliament Building. I am extremely satisfied! Many thanks!

This hotel's location and facilities are ideal, close to all major attractions. However, our check-in was disappointing. We had booked a double bed, but the blue-haired receptionist assigned us a twin room without notice. The other staff offered to change rooms, but it required a one-hour wait. Having just arrived from a long-haul flight, we were too exhausted to wait any longer. We therefore reluctantly had to accept the incorrect room. We hope the blue-haired receptionist can improve her professional diligence to prevent future guests from facing similar issues.

All is good. Except that the breakfast is awful, and this costs 18 euros! As for the breakfast, Munich’s small hotel near the train station is way more better than your hotel. Only costs 14 euros. Waitress who looks age 40 behaves bad in breakfast time, not respect Asian people, and watermelons look like have been biten. Views good, reception good.
