The beds were only made on the first day. :(
There were everywhere hair in den bed an on the floor from our predecessors. Disgusting!
The furniture is very old and has nothing to do with four starts
There was a kitchen in the room, which was very old and dirty. We didn't want to touch anything.
The lamp on the hallway stairs was broken and they weren't able to fix it while our stay. I'm wondering for how long it will stay like this.
Finally my wife got boiled when wanted to take a shower. The water coming out of the shower head was extremely hot an there was no possibility to mix it with cold water. The same situation when my wife tried wash her hands in the toilette in the lobby.
all in all, never again.

I read other people's comments before and felt unsure. Only after I have truly experienced it can I have the right to speak. Our family of four traveled freely during the National Day holiday and booked this hotel on Ctrip. The first impression after checking in was that the room was new, large and clean. The small suite with two bedrooms and one living room is very comfortable for four people. The living room is also large, with a sofa, desk, dining table, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, and microwave. Disposable slippers and toiletries are provided. Although there are not many types of breakfast, it is very delicious and the dining environment is very comfortable. The service attitude of the staff was very good and friendly. Overall, everything was satisfactory and surprising.

What a wonderful hotel! My wife and I stayed here with our daughter over the holidays and it was a magnificent stay. The staff was friendly, the room was extremely spacious and clean, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, yet it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it was quiet and safe. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Mamaison Residence Izabella!

We were enchanted by this residence both in its decoration and its quality. We felt at home there, a real little comfortable apartment. Lots of storage, everything you need and more. The bedding is comfortable. The breakfast is not grandiose, but quite sufficient and for all sweet and savory tastes. Everything is cozy and warm with all the necessary modernity. We really appreciated the calm, the cleanliness, the discretion of the staff. You can take your time, rest, while quickly being at the center of all the interesting visits. Means of transport are just a stone's throw away
