Very good hotel) new renovation, so cosy room. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is enough good. The room is clean. And a great advantage here is the swimming pool, hot pool, and sauna, which gives you to fully relax during your stay here

Everything we’re almost perfect, except the bathrobes are not free and you need always to ask for it. But aside from that the place and the staff were cool and helpful.

SINGLE BEDS ONLY! They don’t even provide the under mattress to join two single beds. Go to the room and push the two single beds together that’s the receptionist answer. Not enough bath robes and slippers for amount of people staying in the hotel so if you check in later afternoon you probably have to wait till another day when housekeeping comes back to the work. On checking in crushed chocolate and hair was on the room floor. To hot in the rooms old AC doesn’t really do the job.

Nice place and our stay was good. Some staff at the bar were mocking in their language when we asked for some cutlery for the room, not sure why.
But overall good place.

We had a great stay at Lion’s Garden Hotel! The pool and spa area felt like a private escape—we practically had it all to ourselves. The staff were friendly, and the hotel strikes a perfect balance between elegance and coziness, offering all the right amenities without breaking the bank. Plus, it’s pretty central, making it easy to explore many of Budapest’s top attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

It is a smaller hotel, so you may have to wait a long time for the only receptionist to handle a phone call or other matter, and so ... like me ... you will just stand at the reception for over ten minutes.
The rooms are standard and there is nothing to complain about. The beds are soft, which I personally do not like, but that is a matter of personal preference.
Breakfast is probably standard for the country.
