During my 20-day trip to Southern Europe, I forgot my coat hanging in the closet when I checked into the Castle Garden Hotel on the first day. Two weeks later, I sent an email to Ctrip with the intention of trying it out. The customer service contacted the hotel in time and I was overjoyed. Afterwards, I asked customer service to communicate with the hotel several times. After keeping it for two months, the clothes have now been retrieved by a friend. I am very grateful to Ctrip customer service for their enthusiastic help, allowing me to find my beloved clothes.

The hotel is about 5-8 minutes' walk from Fisherman's Bastion. It is on the mountain and has a convenient location. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities, rich breakfast and high cost performance.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Fisherman's Bastion. You can go see the night view at night and then go sightseeing early in the morning. The room is not very big and the facilities are OK. I recommend it.

"On the evening of January 25th at 8 p.m., checked in. The male at the front desk was quite indifferent with a mediocre attitude. Booked a big bed, but got two single beds instead. The hotel is situated on a hill, reaching the subway involves navigating numerous steps through secluded alleys, which can be a bit intimidating."

Walking distance with major tourist attractions such as castle & fisherman’s Bastion. Full breakfast is excellent and afternoon tea/coffee also awesome to enjoy.
Very friendly reception staff helps to solve problems(extra blanket and amenities). Will stay again and recommend to friends.
