The location of the hotel is okay, just on the bank of the Danube, just across the road. But you still need a car to get to the main attractions. The room is more refined, with TV, refrigerator, and safe, and the bathroom only provides bath soap and hand sanitizer. The hotel has a restaurant, breakfast and dinner are available, I can't comment without eating. One of the shortcomings is hygiene. We stayed 10 nights and the grounds were never cleaned and debris was evident afterwards. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, with water stains and hairs. The second is that the front desk staff don't have work uniforms, and they go to the hotel door to smoke at five or six in the afternoon, and only return to the front desk when they see guests. Third, our affairs went well, and we wanted to check out a few days earlier, because it was prepaid, so we consulted the front desk. Let us send an email to the reservation department. As a result, there was no reply to the two emails until we returned to China. I personally think that whether a refund can be made is a matter of principle, and it is a matter of courtesy to reply to guest emails. Finally, the sound insulation of the hotel windows is poor, and the rooms facing the street can hear very clear sounds of cars and guests drinking and chatting downstairs.
