This was my second visit to this hotel. Maison Bistro is a lovely establishment. It is cute and stylish. The location is perfect to wander on foot in the Buda Castle district.
The staff is professional, efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and very well equipped.
Breakfast was delicious and various options à la carte were available too. We also enjoyed a nice diner menu that was offered for an affordable price to onboard guests. The meal was well presented and every dish very yummy. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveller who is looking forward to have a special experience in Budapest.

The hotel is near the Fisherman's Bastion. It is on a mountain and not in the downtown area. It is inconvenient to drag luggage without taking a taxi. Séjour en couple dans un établissement qui coche toutes les cases : charme du bâtiment, chambres propres et bien décorées, services de qualité, proximité. Hôtel qui se préoccupe des enjeux écologiques en récompensant ses hôtes dans ses démarches eco-responsables : pas de changement de serviette ou de draps quotidiens ! Je recommande à 100%, hâte d’y retourner lors d’un prochain séjour en famille !

Absolutely superb. The best meal we've had in Budapest so far. Particularly the excellent wine list. Attentive but not invasive service. Lovely setting and nicely spaced tables. Everything on the menu was explained and nothing was too much trouble.
