前台經常不在，味道奇怪，設施損壞，Wi-Fi不穩定，大半個白天沒網，電視沒有遙控板，需要手調，衹有幾個頻道能看。

The worst hotel ever. There is no clean!!!! The manager is very rude with the staff. Our rooms smell so bad. The bed is really to bad for a hotel. The rooms are old. Very bad experience. We want our money back and we wanted to run away, but the manager didn't hear us.

Non ho mai visto un posto più orribile in tutta la mia vita. La camera era sporca e si sentiva un odore disgustoso proveniente dal bagno. Una situazione così insopportabile che, quasi a mezzanotte, abbiamo dovuto cercare un altro albergo!!!! per una stanza così schifosa ho pagato 95 €!!!!!!!

I had to do a quick booking for an overnight stay as my return bus was canceled. They were nice at arrival, despite that i had to pay cash they said that everything with the invoice will be managed by e-mail but I never received it. The room smelled as if somebody had smoked previously in the room. There were no towels in the bathroom. The room was facing a busy street hence, no chance of actualy resting with an open window.

Qualcosa da rivedere c'è , ma per la cortesia , ospitalità e gentilezza e anche per la camera non c e male , qualche accorgimento va preso ma tutto sommato sono sciocchezze anche perche la camera più che dormirci e lavarti non ti serve ... E il prezzo è veramente onesto . 4 punti mi sento di darglieli..da non dimenticare che è situato in un posto molto comodo con locali aperti fino a tardi dove poter mangiare e bere e fare serata .....

neste hotel não há limpeza nos quartos, no wc. lençóis sujos, com buracos e manchas de batom. Baratas e outros rastejantes no quarto. Na receção ate famílias de aranhões há. No frigorifico a validade dos produtos remonta a 2020. Procurem outro hotel porque pior que este não deve haver...

This was difficult to find then I was disappointed in the condition of the room, very basic accommodation and not very clean generally. Poor communication by the duty manager and high price for te poor quality.. Also second night was very noisy by other guests. No glasses or tumblers to drink from. Not enough toilet rolls. One highlight that the cleaner Lynda was very friendly and helpful including loaning two umbrellas to me and my fiancee.

Le camere non vengono pulite, abbiamo dovuto chiedere che venissero cambiati gli asciugamani e pulito il bagno. Il bagno era sporco e in reception non c'era quasi mai nessuno. Non é per niente come in foto
