It's been almost a month since I returned from my trip, and Ctrip still hasn't solved the problem. I'm disappointed. They were super helpful and kind! Throughout the whole time they did everything we needed or wanted! We were very impressed with their breakfast as well! The roof has a wonderful view of the sunset, but it would be nice to have a bartender up there from certain times and for the sauna to always be running from certain times as well.
