I will start with the positive - the location is excellent, close and easy walking distance to trains, buses, shopping, and sights but then it goes a bit down hill. The front of the building looks great but once you go through the front doors it all looks pretty shabby, the wifi is unreliable we had to continually reconnect, the TV didn’t work (well it did get one channel, a Hungarian religious channel). We raised this with the host on day one and was informed that he would have someone look at it, but after raising the issue on days two and three we gave up. There was no rubbish bin in the room and there are two seperate key pad codes and a door key just to enter the room; so overall, the location is great but I would stay elsewhere next time.

Ottima posizione, facilmente raggiungibile dall aeroporto, posto strategico vicino a quasi tutti i posti di interesse, fermate degli autobus vicinissime, ristoranti, attrazioni.... Insomma al centro di Budapest. Camera pulita, check in anche se online perfetto, non do 5 solo perché ci sono alcuni dettagli da sistemare, comunque lo consiglio a tutti.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed, far better than the photos showed! The location is excellent, everything is nearby! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was amazing, especially at night! Everything was perfect about the place!

Η έμπειρα μας ήταν απογοητευτική! Είχαμε κλείσει για δυο νύχτες, πήγαμε και το δωμάτιο ήταν βρωμικο και ακατάστατο. Δεν είχε καθαριστεί από τους προηγούμενους επισκέπτες. Κάναμε 1,5 ώρα να συνεννοηθούμε με τον ιδιοκτήτη μέσω μηνυμάτων. Μας ζήτησε συγνώμη και μας έδωσε ένα άλλο δωμάτιο για αυτό το βράδυ και έπρεπε το επόμενο πρωί να περιμένουμε μέχρι τις 11:00 να πάμε στο δωμάτιο που είχαμε κλείσει εξ αρχής! Το βράδυ επιστρέψαμε στο δωμάτιο και η θέρμανση δεν δούλευε! Περιμέναμε 2 ώρες μέσα στο παγωμένο δωμάτιο για να ζέστανει το δωμάτιο μετά από οδηγίες του ιδιοκτήτη. Το δωμάτιο δεν ζεστάθηκε ποτέ! Φύγαμε, να πάμε σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο. Οι διακοπές μας χαλάσανε εξαιτίας αυτών των συμβάντων! Ο ιδιοκτήτης μετά από δίκης μας επιθυμίας μας επέστρεψε τα χρήματα! Δεν θα επιστρέψω σε καμία περίπτωση σε αυτό το κατάλυμα!

It was really dirty, stained carpet and there were COCKROACHES. Room of just over 13 square meters with its own bathroom included. We notified the hotel several times more than 4 times and they never showed up to clean. What's more we had to abandon our stay and go to another hotel. After this they have NEITHER apologized to us nor have they reimbursed us ANYTHING. Shameful
