Kerenza Hotel Cornwall

A lovely and relaxed environment to have an informal networking meeting. Coffees were great. The host opened up the venue for us. Will definately come again. Ideal for coffee and chat when other coffee shops shut. I understand they do a great TAPAS too.

What a fantastic hotel fresh contempory decor and a great welcome. Third stay and every room I have had has been spotless and comfortable. Bed and bedding lovely quality. Lounge area and bar are very relaxing. The staff are all so lovely. Would not stay anywhere else!

This is a very overdue review. My husband and I visited for 2 nights in March 2023. Amazing hotel with great restaurant and brilliant cocktails. I did not realise until I got home and received a phone call from the hotel that I had left a necklace in the room. The necklace is sentimental so I was naturally upset and very grateful. It was posted and I received it the next day. Amazing and honest staff. Thank you so much.

Had the best time staying here visiting Bude with my Family!! Really quirky hotel with the kindest staff. They were more than accommodating and so welcoming. The beds were very comfortable with very fluffy pillows and you had everything you could need in your room. The breakfast was definitely a highlight and had plenty of choice!! 😋 Can’t wait to visit again one day

I stayed at the Kerenza with my 4 daughters and had an amazing time. The hotel had a great cool vibe and was immaculate. The staff were lovely, couldn't do enough for us and spoilt my girls. They weren't serving full evening meals at the time we stayed but they made us up a fully laid table for us to have a take-away. The breakfast choice was great with something for everyone ("kids" 24,19,15,13) including traditional, modern and veggie/vegan. Rooms were modern and spacious with comfy beds and ace pillows. The bar and lounge areas are modern, cosy and comfy at the same time. A great place to chill out, play games plus the cool bar was well stocked and included local beers. The hotel is only a short walk in to the main town area and to the lovely beaches. We loved everything about the Kerenza!

Was so looking forward to my yearly visit to the Kerenza but came away very disappointed, firstly as previously stated in other reviews, there is no evening meal option anymore and extremely difficult to find somewhere in Bude to eat during peak season. You need to allow an hour for cooked breakfast to be served, this was of poor quality and cold on 3 of the 5 mornings that we went for breakfast plus the waitresses disappear for ages so gave up requesting additional cups of coffee etc. On two occasions the room didn't appear to have been cleaned with just a poor attempt of bed being made. On a plus side the staff when they do appear were quite friendly just such a shame the management of the Kerenza have taken their foot off the pedal and the once fantastic hotel is now a substandard Bed & Breakfast

Our first visit to Bude , Kerenza hotel was a excellent choice for our stay , staff were very helpful and polite. Room was very clean and tidy , breakfast excellent , the bar area was lovely really liked the decor,we will definitely return here if we plan another visit to this area in the future .

We had the most fantastic time staying at the Kerenza. The staff could not have been more helpful to our family and our dog. The hotel is stunning inside and the rooms are beautifully furnished. The breakfast was wonderful and the little touches like the dog blanket and treats in the room made our holiday. The hotel is a two minute walk to the beach, golf course and town centre. A truly wonderful hotel in a fab setting. Cant wait to return to Bude and the fabulous Kerenza Matt, Helen, the girls and Stella the dog

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean and in very good order. The room was comfortable and very quiet. Plenty of parking. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
