nice room. everyhing you need inside. i had a comfortable stay

We really liked the location of the villa, the hospitality of the hostess Snezhana, the spacious balcony and room, and the availability of dishes. We recommend this place to stay in Budva.

It feels like home in a small villa: the surrounding environment is quiet, like a rabbit, the environment is beautiful, antique, convenient for shopping and dining, convenient transportation, 20 minutes walk to the thousand-year-old city, you can also listen to the waves and watch the sea along the Mediterranean. The landlady is enthusiastic, never disturbing, and will come to help if there is anything.

The old lady at the front desk is very welcoming, the sound insulation is average, the air conditioning is very good, there is a refrigerator, and there are two large beds. I am very happy that there is no hotel tax. The restaurant downstairs is unbeatable and delicious. The menu is attached.

The location is easy to find, the third row along the street, quiet in a busy area; The room is not big, but fully equipped, the landlord is very friendly; The small restaurant downstairs is great, cheap and super delicious.

The room is very close to the beach, and the landlady is very nice!

Snezena was the most amazing host we have ever known. She gave us the warmest welcome and a heartfelt goodbye, we love her! The apartment felt like home with everything we needed and a lovely balcony with a really comfy bed. I would LOVE to stay here again! Location to the beaches and other attractions was perfect and the place was quiet. Just perfection. We miss you, Snezena!

We arrived having booked an apartment with a terrace to be told we’d have to go into a room for a couple of days as a window had been broken in our apartment. We were promised a discount/refund. The room was on the first floor and ok, fairly spacious with a balcony over looking the street. There was a fridge and a kettle in the wardrobe but had to plug the kettle in on the floor by the plug socket. We pushed to be moved into the apartment which is what we prefer. It was after 3 nights when we moved and we wished we hadn’t. Although fairly spacious, there was one window which faced a wall so was very dark and depressing. The terrace…was about 3 feet wide just outside the apartment and faced a wall with a tall building. It was so depressing we actually went to Dubrovnik for 2 nights so we didn’t have to stay in it. We got 30 euros for our refund. Lady running it was helpful and apologetic but it didn’t really help.
