It's a very nice area where you can enjoy traditional aqualife. It's like a world that goes back in time. Modern people may need a break here. But even though the environment is like that, life is safe. The rooms are also fun because they adopt historical designs from that time, but the system is new so it's comfortable. The people are especially friendly, and the roomkeeping staff also care about the guests. Thank you LAXMAN. Your concern for me during my stay made me like this place even more.

Amazing location. Interesting buggy service to go to the room. Breakfast was not good as expected. But A La Carte menu was good. A bit disappointed since no minibar, no room service for drinks. Decoration and design was amazing. I felt like it’s real Dubai

Very nice design, nice location and a lot of photo spots. Room decoration is pretty good but bad smell from toilet and rug. Staff is friendly.

We booked this hotel for it's traditional vibe and location on the creek and we were happy that we did. The hotel is dispersed over the Al Seef area which has resaurants ans shops and is nice to walk through. The rooms were nice and comfortable with all the things you will need and the breakfast was delicious. The team were VERY helpful booking us attractions, giving advice and even showing us places to go. Thouroughly reccomend!

Very nice place with good view, friendly staff and worth it

Al Seef Heritage Hotel is one of a kind if you are looking to stay in The Old Dubai. They do have great breakfast which I strongly recommend to get. The swimming pool and the Spa is just a short buggy drive away if you are looking for a relaxing day. The staff is extremely polite and very helpful. Sameh (Mr. Great smile ) made my breakfasts very delightful and Ramesh as well that made sure my room was always clean. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making my stay memorable 🙏 Al Seef has plenty of souvenir shops, on top of that for just 4 Dirhams round trip you can get to the souks through an Abra and explore more.

Hotel itself is nice and clean, staff is friendly and available. However I was expecting it to be more “real” instead I found Al Seef area to be just a major tourist trap, fully surrounded by souvenirs shops… not the feeling I expected old Dubai to be. If you are into these things fair enough

I love Al Seef Heritage by Hilton! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were transported to a world straight out of the Aladdin movie. The old Dubai style was simply breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and refreshed, offering us a cold hibiscus drink and a chilled towel to beat the heat. The personal cabby service to our building was a delightful surprise, and we were amazed to see the entire complex is part of the Al Seef hotel. The room was nothing short of stunning, with a vintage charm that made it hard to leave the incredibly comfortable bed. A special shout-out to our favorite staff members, Ceasar and Sangkita. Sangkita's energetic and impeccable service on the phone always made us feel comfortable, and our requests were handled with ease. Laxime from the reception also made us feel incredibly welcomed and to Ceasar, who made our stay even more memorable. The complimentary cabby service that took us around Al Seef was the icing on the cake! We can't wait to come back in the winter to fully immerse ourselves in the magic of this place. I strongly advise against visiting during the scorching summer months, as it might not do justice to the old Dubai experience. All in all, our stay was simply fantastic!

Great place but very hot due to humid weather and nearby creek. But the hotel is every where as split so hard to find in the begining but we got #8. There is alots of shop nearby and restaurant U may need. Thank U anyway

a good unusual hotel with all the amenities. receptionists and service personnel are very attentive and polite. to find the hotel there are few identification signs on the street they are there but they are not noticeable. and also from the balcony you can see the neighbors it is not comfortable the partition is very low on the balcony between the balconies but otherwise everything is fine

Excellent location, good services but some amenities are in the sister hotel that is located in the opposite end that needs buggy service to reach there. My room is not in the reception building so it’s quiet.
