I love Al Seef Heritage by Hilton! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were transported to a world straight out of the Aladdin movie. The old Dubai style was simply breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and refreshed, offering us a cold hibiscus drink and a chilled towel to beat the heat. The personal cabby service to our building was a delightful surprise, and we were amazed to see the entire complex is part of the Al Seef hotel. The room was nothing short of stunning, with a vintage charm that made it hard to leave the incredibly comfortable bed. A special shout-out to our favorite staff members, Ceasar and Sangkita. Sangkita's energetic and impeccable service on the phone always made us feel comfortable, and our requests were handled with ease. Laxime from the reception also made us feel incredibly welcomed and to Ceasar, who made our stay even more memorable. The complimentary cabby service that took us around Al Seef was the icing on the cake! We can't wait to come back in the winter to fully immerse ourselves in the magic of this place. I strongly advise against visiting during the scorching summer months, as it might not do justice to the old Dubai experience. All in all, our stay was simply fantastic!

The place is beautiful and literally takes you to the past. I loved the old market and its location.. Near the hotel there are boats that take you from one place to another at an affordable price ,takes you from .Different destinations One thing I didn't like was the smell of the room

This hotel had a nostaglic vibe and the farmous starbucks is just located at this hotel. There are many shops and restuarant at this Heritage area. Stayed for 3 nights and the experience is extraodinary. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free bungee to transport you around. Love this hotel and will stay there again next visit. 🥰

The hotel located within the ancient style market, very special decoration and vibe! Might have some noise downstairs as it is a market below and take some time to find and walk back to my hotel block, as the buildings are so scattered. The welcoming Arabian coffee, hibiscus tea and dates are nice. Might have some insects in the hotel room but manageable. Good for taking photos! Our room with creek view balcony look nice.

Lovely place to feel yourself in Emirates at the end of 70s, but with quality of modern Hilton hotel Don’t forget to add breakfast - location and menu is top for these money!

You can feel the true Arabian Courtyard vibe. We stayed there only one night. I recommend to stay like 2 or 3 nights. You can make sightseeing around bur dubai.

Beautiful and central hotel. The staff has been very kind and helpful during our 2 days. They also agreed on late check-out.

Very nice decoration with historical elements. Awesome place for leisure travellers to enjoy the historical area and nice to take photos. Kinda confusing to find the rooms so kinda like treasure hunt ☺️

Great location that gives you the real Arab building structures, but unfortunately third world shops and units put a real damper on the experience

Nice hotel, although surrounded with markets and vendors that try to sell you everything. You hear a lot of sounds through the windows at night as well. Great experience for one night and I combined it by booking a "Aladdin Souq tour" that started from outside of the hotel.

Good hotel for a different vibe away from the big city. A bit noisy at night due to the nearby market, windows could be improved for better noise blocking. Excellent service and one of the best breakfast I have ever had in an hotel.

It’s so authentic and natural in the state of the building and room. Outside the modern city living, this is one of the best experience in the city life. I have been there 2 continual stay now, and will be there again coming month.

Honestly, this hotel is not a good choice. The scenario in the restaurant is good, and many stores outside the hotel, it would be convenient for you if you like to view some traditional or local views. But I dont think I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends cos I think the cleanness is really not good. Service: We two stayed there 2 nights, in the 1st day we arrived, the staff never asked if we want some water or any drinks, we realized the difference when we saw the staff served another group who came in after us. In the 2nd morning to take breakfast, as the the restaurant is not at the same building, then we ask the staffs outside the hotel how to go, however, he just tell us go straight and left and not willing to guide us to the restaurant but stay there to play his phone. Also, I never see the staffs in the hotel say hi or smile to you. Maybe they are very tired after one day working, and it is not easy for them to smile any more. Facilities: Maybe as it is renovated hotel from traditional building, the smell is quite strong in the hotel, especially you turn off the aircon, the musty smell will fill in the room. The bathroom for showering area is only ard 0.5㎡ without any curtain, the floor will get wet immediately when you turn on the shower. Cleanliness: The cleaner did not replace new pillow when he/she clean up the room. The four pillows on the bed are smelly with heavy sweat smell. So we have to call for exchange new pillow. And the cleaner even misplace my toothbrush to mix it with soap and other items when clean my room in the 2nd day, the cleaner also threw away my shopping bag without asking me.
