The room and furniture are so good, location is good for daily trip in Budva the only thing is signboard and reception. On the building or site there is no signboard even on google maps it is front of you and there are couple building next to each other but no Blue Marlin so also no reception. It was hard to find are we in correct place. We found a way to reach reception he came and show our room. Another thing it says there is parking garage but reception said us it is not able to park. Then I left car next to the building and next day it was towed. Bad story.

George the owner, is very helpful and kind. The apar**ent hotel’s location is great, walkable to the restaurants, beaches, shops, and the old town.

A clean and comfortable apar**ent in a great location. A short walk to the old town, restaurants and beach. The bedroom is spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the shower is good. Communication was very good with the owner George. We’d recommend this apar**ent.

The location of the property is in the middle of the city and close to the beach and the night activities, you dont need aride to stay there ,everything around you,and the apar**ent is quite clean and cozy.

Firstly, upon arrival, it wasn’t made clear that the apar**ent was in a residential building and not a serviced apar**ent block as expected. There is no reception and we had to wait for the owner to let us in. The building and surrounds are not as advertised as there is now a large construction site metres from our apar**ent. As the pictures show, this is a large complex that has clearly been in construction for a while and has now totally blocked the sea view that is advertised. The same goes for the apar**ent itself, it has been redecorated and isn’t as shown. The photos online should have been updated. We were then informed that payment was needed in cash. We expected to pay on a card and this option not been available was never communicated beforehand. The total charged was €199 inc the tourist tax. However, the *********** app (see attached) said it would be €186. Why were we charged more and given no proof of payment? This was an inconvenience as, luckily we had cash, but then needed to transfer more and find a bank to replace this. The apar**ent stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt of stale water. Only one towel each was provided with one small towel that we had to use as bath mat, as there wasn’t one. Toilet rolls, dish cloths, washing up liquid, toiletries and tea towels were also not provided. Stable and basic things needed for a self-catering apar**ent. The tv in the lounge didn’t work, after an hour we managed to fix it, but the tv in the bedroom isn’t even connected to the electricity- again not as advertised. We had to ask for extra bedding, a sheet and thin blanket were brought to us, but no pillowcases. The balcony was dirty and had large pieces of wood board on it, presumably from construction. I have used *********** for many years and have genius-level 3 rating. Their customer service has been absolutely dreadful. Was told we would get a refund, then a month later told that we couldn't and photos we took of our stay are not proof as we could have obtained these online. Utterly shocking service, no callbacks and you never get to speak to the same person twice!

Geen duidelijke ingang. Uiteindelijk het hotel gebeld en een medewerker kwam ons de weg wijzen. Top! We hadden een appartement met uitzicht op zee geboekt. Maar keken uit op een andere flat. Uiteindelijk na veel moeite een kamer gekregen met uitzicht op zee, maar niet voor ons hele verblijf. De laatste nacht slapen we in een kleinere kamer zonder uitzicht. Kamers zijn mooi ingericht en schoon, maar beide kamers hadden problemen met de afvoer. Ontbijt was fantastisch. Lekker vers en uitgebreid.
