Sofija Apartments
"Nice apartment. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can cook your own meals. The dishes are clean and tidy. The sheets and towels are all clean."
Hotel Eden
"Our stay was amazing! Beginning with the front office team which provides us with all the necessary information. The rooms are very elegant and clean. Breakfast is tasty with a lot of options. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Will come back. Thank you for everything."
Arvala Apartments
"Living with a friend. At the price we were very suitable, but there were shortcomings. Hot water was not always, some problems with the boiler inclusion and also cleaning was in a strange schedule. But overall it was good. I think the price/quality is appropriate. And also the parking is small, it is necessary to agree in advance."
Apartments by Villa Kosta
"So good in terms of pricing for a spacious room! Square room with balcony. However going to the property is over 250m uphill from main street. Better take a ride to if you are with checked luggages."
Apartmani Terminal
"It was confusing at first as there is no reception desk but the room was nice despite the smallest shower I've ever tried to use! The cooking facilities worked well and it was great to have most of the utensils needed to make a meal and also have access to a balcony."
Hotel Majestic
"The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Mogren Beach without any steep climbs. The sea view from the room is only partially obscured by large trees. The balcony is small, but accessible. Robes and slippers are provided. The breakfast is excellent, with several options to choose from. The room also has a coffee machine with capsules, and they refilled it daily."
Apartments Elena
"Great location! Shops, cafes, and the beach are all within walking distance. The room was clean and cozy, with everything I needed. They also offer free parking for guests. The hosts were very friendly and helpful."
Fontana Hotel & Gastronomy
"Very good, clean, polite, and well-located."
Hotel Lobo Budva
"We were at the restaurant on August 27, 2025. It was formerly called Pod Lozom. The change in ownership has been a positive. The service, the waiters, everything was top-notch. We had grilled calamari, a steak, and a chocolate dessert. Everything was superb and very tasty."

Hotel Grbalj
"Convenient location next to the bus station, but far from the sea. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. The room is very small, cramped. No balcony. The window is only in the bathroom. I would especially like to note the delicious and varied breakfast."
Villa Pedja Zec
"I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great, practically in the center of Budva but not on the main, crowded streets. All the amenities are nearby – Megamarkt, a bakery, and a laundry. It's a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and the promenade, 25 minutes to Mogren Beach, 7 minutes to the bus station, and 10 minutes to the Mega Mall. The rooms are modest but comfortable – good beds, a small kitchen with essentials, air conditioning, and a balcony. Three of us stayed in one room and it didn't feel cramped. Seka, the wonderful host, is always helpful, provides tips, and is constantly in touch. Excellent value for money. I recommend it for couples and family trips."
Villa Skyprime
"I wish I had known earlier so I wouldn’t have had to stay here. The receptionist was extremely rude and impolite. Budva is a holiday town with serious parking issues, and we had specifically chosen a hotel with parking. However, because we didn’t book through “Booking”, they lied to us and didn’t allow us to use the parking lot, even though there was space available. On top of that, the receptionist threatened us with a €200 police fine. Despite advertising themselves everywhere as a multi-star hotel with parking, the place was mediocre and wouldn’t deserve more than 1.5 stars. During the room change (we were staying on the third floor), I asked if it would be a problem not to bring our heavy luggage down to reception, in case the new room would also be on an upper floor. She reassured me, saying the new room would be on a lower floor. But when I returned in the evening, I saw that she had given me another room on the third floor, just next door to the previous one. I had already carried the two large suitcases down to reception in the morning and then had to take them back up to the third floor again. I truly believe that if they had just acted like decent human beings, it wouldn’t have cost them anything."
Mont Residence
Sea Star Budva
"Excellent beachfront hotel. Amazing view! Unforgettable 5-Star Experience at the Sea Star Hotel. From the warm, welcoming staff to the luxurious amenities, the hotel exceeded all expectations. The location offers stunning Adriatic views and easy access to local attractions. The hotel staff is super professional and welcoming. I was amazed by the variety of vegan options for breakfast, also the food was delicious. Moreover, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern design. Another thing that we loved was the Duomo restaurant in the hotel with amazing Italian food, and the gelato shop right next to it, with delicious homemade ice cream."
Dukley Hotel & Resort
"Dukley hotel have 5 star service, highly recommended in budva . Many thanks to Recaption Team for special service in checkin . The room was excellent, including a balcony and a nice sea and promenade view. I am sure we will come back again ."
Iberostar Waves Slavija
"The hotel's breakfast is terrible, and the room is next to the road and very noisy, don't stay there!"
Merit Starlit Hotel & Residences
"Breakfast staff is good but be careful with taxis. I forgot my phone and they hung up after 3 minutes. We found a taxi driver and he said other passengers got on and they took it."
Hotel Pima Budva
"The front desk guy was so nice"
Chill and Go Aparthotel
"The receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!"
Infinity Hotel & More
"Lovely hotel. Very close to beaches and town. Free parking. Decent breakfast, lovely pool. Only issue was the air con wasn’t running & there is no restaurant in the hotel."
Apartments Captain's Villa
"A lovely villa located in the hills above Budva. It's quite far from the noise of the town, but it's barely a 15-minute walk to town. The room is very pretty and modern. The bed is very large and comfortable. The room has a small kitchenette where you can prepare meals. The villa has a charming little pool, perfect for cooling off without going to the beach, although its availability depends on the other guests. The manager is very pleasant. Communication was good, although Ivana was missing some information before our stay. We had a very good stay, although I think the price was slightly too high for the country."
Kondo Hotel Allure
"We stayed in June 2026 and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was polite and attentive. The room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed daily. The hotel is in a great location, close to a market, shops, and the embankment. We will definitely return to this hotel next year. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your hotel ❤️❤️"
Hotel Aleksandar
"The hotel is locally rated as 4 stars but UK travel companies rate it as 3 star which is in my opinion correct. The rooms were ‘surface’ clean ( but areas could do with a deep clean) and in our weeks stay the rooms were cleaned very day, bar one. Towels are changed every day ( unnecessary) and we asked for shower gel at reception ( ours were empty after one day ) and it was delivered within 15 minutes. The staff were mostly pleasant and a special shout out to Lucas who was always friendly in the AI bar and dining room. The pool areas are lovely, were clean and there was always plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. There are no pool towels available. What let this hotel down was the AI. Whilst there was plenty of choice, it was very repetitive, generally warm and overcooked. The desserts were the same cakes and fresh fruit every lunch and dinner. In the week they served ice cream only twice at lunchtime ( never at dinner) and it was served by someone in very small portions. The drinks are only available in one bar so you have to ask for plastic glasses if you want a drink in your room or by the pool. The wine ( not chilled) and lager are draft along with the ready mixed cocktails. There’s a fridge with local spirits in where you help yourself and add your mixers. If you don’t smoke you will struggle to find anywhere to sit where you aren’t surrounded by smokers."
Hotel Plaza
"The room is large, with indoor floors, very clean, with a terrace, and convenient transportation"
Avala Resort & Villas
"All was great!"
