TTsoykaNice, clean, spacious apartment. Close to the waterfront. Located in a shopping center.
There's a large supermarket nearby. Fair prices and a wide selection.
There's a large construction site nearby on the waterfront. Like almost the entire area.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM. There's parking downstairs for €15/day. Very convenient. Upon check-in, you'll receive a card that allows unlimited entry and exit throughout the day.
The apartment itself has a small kitchen and a drying rack on the balcony.
The only thing missing is a small dining table or a bar counter (there's plenty of space) and a lid for the frying pan. 🙂
The hosts are pleasant people; they tell you everything, greet you, and even go out of their way to accommodate you in some situations 👍🏻.

GGuest UserPerfect place for a peaceful stay, calm and lovely. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary. The sea, the Old Town, the bus station, a couple of supermarkets - everything is within a walking distance. The owners are the best, so hispital and friendly!

LLarssaWe enjoyed the location, traveled by car and the apartments for this were perfect. A convenient exit to the main road, an indoor garage, where there are always free spaces. And overall location in the center of all sights. To the Light of Stefan you can reach on foot (about 40 minutes), to Budva (old city) about 1 hour on the embankment.
In the room everything is quite simple, but everything is)
The girl the administrator set us up earlier, as the room was ready for settlement already at 10 a.m. (instead of 15:00), everything showed, told, immediately registered in the system, sent a photo of registration.
Thanks to her for the warm reception, we remained very happy.
From the downsides, it is only to update the dishes (the pillows are old and the covering is all teared, on such one it is impossible to cook anymore. The plates require or replace or careful washing in the dishwasher).
In October there was a very nice price for accommodation. Recommended!
Montenegro is a pleasant visual country, everything was very liked!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, clean, 50 meters from the beach, very close to the old city, a few hundred meters along the beach, breakfast is also very rich. There is a parking space at the door.

SSasha IvanovComfortable location near the car station, but far from the sea. Go 15 minutes. The room is very small, close. No balcony. Window only in the bathroom. Specially wish to mark a delicious and diverse breakfast.

Минусы:
1) очень слабый вай-фай, не смогла поработать и посмотреть вечером фильм,
2) крепление душевой лейки находится на уровне живота, поэтому мыться только держа лейку рукой.
3) отель сложно найти, нет указателей. Менеджер присылает письмо с описанием как найти, но это поможет только если вы заранее посмотрели письмо и проложили маршрут.

AAlexander M.Location is good. I was able to check-in at noon, which was great since I arrived to Budva early. The guy at reception was nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, A/C worked well. There's a construction site in front of the hotel, but I had no issues with noise since my room was facing the opposite site of the building.
On the downside, there was no shower gel (just shampoo and a soap bar), shower cabin was leaking, making the whole bathroom uncomfortably wet. WiFi was waaaay too slow (5 Mbps).
