"The receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!"

GGuest UserA overjoyed hotel, the room was upgraded to a balcony apartment for free, the whole service was very active and enthusiastic, the sanitation and facilities in the room were also well maintained, the glass sound insulation effect was great, and the street was not noisy. The hotel also has a cute mini pool and sauna pool, very chill ～

There was also a beautiful sea view from the room.
On the downside, there was a problem with the shower drain. The water drained slowly, leaving puddles on the floor after showering.

GGuest UserThe hotel was terrific, and the service was outstanding. The ladies at the reception were especially helpful. We had forgotten our jackets on the bus, and they kindly contacted the bus company on our behalf to track them down. Thanks to their effort, we got our jackets back! I’ll definitely choose this hotel again if they maintain the same level of service quality.

GGuest UserMy room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was soft and the pillows were very comfortable. The room was also very well equipped with a TV, mini refrigerator and coffee machine, which made me feel very convenient. The bathroom was also very clean and provided all the necessities such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Overall, the facilities in the room were very good, making me feel very comfortable and satisfied.
The service at the hotel was also excellent. The hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful, they were always willing to answer my questions and provide useful advice. Also, the breakfast provided by the hotel was very delicious, varied and had different choices every day. The service at the restaurant is also very good, and the staff is always very thoughtful and welcoming.

GGuest UserGreat hotel, cleanliness at the best level, spacious rooms, large balcony, close to the center and old city, very good breakfast. Only you should be aware that a private parking lot, which is in a small hotel garage and has many places than the number of rooms, for which some guests had no place to park or put other cars, and then there was a problem with leaving the parking lot.

Room service food was pretty good and not extortionate price.
It is about a 25 minute walk to the old town so not the closest, but there are also buses etc.
The pool is nice.
