Hotel Pima Budva

Situé à 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville et de la mer, mais dans un quartier calme ce qui est agréable. Chambres modernes et confortables. Parking extérieur et intérieur gratuit. Accueil chaleureux avec un verre d'accueil et une bouteille de vin en chambre. Supermarché juste à côté de l'hôtel. L'offre du petit-déjeuner est un peu pauvre, et ne donnait pas toujours très envie. On ne peut utiliser la piscine que depuis 11h, sachant qu'elle est déjà à l'ombre vers 15h.

Speaking of positive notes, I can say that the hotel is quite central, allowing you to reach places of interest with a walk. The rooms are of various types. Having stayed there twice on a traveling trip, the first time I had a slightly cramped room, the second a much larger one. However the bathrooms were always comfortable and clean and all rooms have a balcony. The breakfast, although not very varied, is sufficient, but there is only a jug of milk to which to add or a spoonful of Nescafé or Nesquic. If you want a coffee or cappuccino you have to pay for it at the bar. This is already an anomaly but the most striking negative thing is the sloppiness of the staff. to access the narrow reception you have to go down a number of steps and, in the absence of a slide, carry your luggage. Which is not easy, while the staff simply watches without even helping people of a certain age. We were a group of 17, and since it was midday, we were told we had to wait for the rooms to be ready. Right but you don't keep guests crammed into a narrow space, given that there is a garden with tables and chairs, they are at least invited to make themselves comfortable. The rooms were assigned very slowly until around 3am. In the meantime I didn't see previous guests leaving the hotel but when the maids left I understood the reason: there were only 4 ladies in charge of cleaning.

The hotel is new, clean and nice. Large, nice rooms and a nice communal patio with sunbeds. The location of the hotel was also perfect in relation to the city, in a quiet area with a supermarket right next door. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, service minded and even helped us after our stay was over. We are very pleased with our stay and can recommend Hotel Pima.
