Hotels near Plaza del Congreso in Buenos Aires

Hotel bem localizado, fizemos muitas idas e vindas a pé, achamos as redondezas bem segura. Andamos de taxi também, no local passavam vários e não tivemos problema nenhum. Quando chegamos no quarto, haviam duas camas de solteiro, nós mesmo juntamos e conseguimos dormir dessa forma. O frigobar não gela, é apenas para manter temperatura ambiente. Pegamos o recorde de calor na Argentina em Março/23, graças Deus o ar condicionado estava funcionando perfeitamente, o chuveiro é ótimo, café da manhã é ok, o wifi que não é muito bom. Se você vai fazer passeios, ficar o dia inteiro fora e não pretende ficar muito tempo no hotel, apenas usar para descanso, eu recomendo.

725 Continental Hotel is in a central position, short walk one way to Plaza de la Republica, with Obelisco, and a short walk the other way to Plaza de Mayo.A stop for the open top bus tours is on the other side of the street. Hailing a taxi is easy on the roadside but reception ordered a taxi without charge. The hotel has no car park, but there is paid-parking nearby. This art deco building is in a street of such buildings making for a scenic cityscape, both from the street and roof top terrace, where there is a bar and small pool. Sunset drinks were enjoyed on the roof. Room and ensuite was large and everywhere was clean. Reception directed us to 2 double rooms before finding the twin we had booked, which was an unwanted inconvenience after a long journey. There was a paid mini bar but no kettle in the room. View was across to the buildings the other side of the street. Air conditioning worked well. The lifts are slow and the wait was tiresome, but fortunately we could use the stairs from our room on a lower floor. Breakfast is served on the first floor, and there is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, which we did not use. There are tango shows and many restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was adequate with omelettes cooked to order. Window tables have picturesque street views. Facilities give the five star rating, but 725 Continental Hotel is more comfortable than luxurious. Location and service on offer made it good value.

The hotel is a modern hotel, but it is a good hotel that is very good, and it is a good hotel that is very good. The room that touched us was taken with silicone and when you bath gives impression. Not to mention that they do not offer breakfast in the hotel and that the nearest car to leave the car by night is 300 metres away.

Hotel with excellent cost benefit. Very good location! For reviews on hosting sites, we ask not to stay at the 1st floor and that's the best tip I can give. Our 2nd floor room was quiet! I think the first floor rooms should suffer a lot with the noise, they offer a simple breakfast that breaks a stick, which would be a thousand times.

I was first hosted in a hostel during my first trip alone, so I went back - but I trusted the booking and tripadvisor reviews. I was glad I trusted. I was a very fun and comfortable stay. In the room, each bed has its own bedroom, lighting and chair (other larger box, for larger bags/mocks), air conditioning and bathroom. In the common areas there is a kitchen and a bar and a ”lounge” indoor and other outside - the kitchen is well equipped for daily uses, has a cupboard, ice cream, drinker, cups, cups, etc., which all guests can use. The bar is a great place to stay at night, talking and knowing the staff.Every night has a different scheduled activity for the staff interact, and the good thing is that it remains open until morning (although stop selling drinks and food there for half night). The lounges are good to stay too. The cleaning of the place is show, almost every day via staff cleaning, repairing items, screwing etc. The reception staff, especially Alex, are quite performing and sympathetic - he did even cure in a friend who had been injured. In conclusion, go without fear! I recommend without restrictions

It was all excellent, staff attention, cleaning and comfort of departments, very close to the Chinese neighborhood, River canch and the Palermo forests. Destacable staff attention, since the first time they were very kind to give us good recommendations from the area and were careful throughout our stay

Holiday inn is this standard. In order to catch the early flight on the next day, there is an airport shuttle. It is too early to go to breakfast time in the morning. The hotel has a small snack and coffee and other drinks on the table in the lobby. Use the pad to hungry.

The hotel is very close to the ferry terminal and it takes less than ten minutes to walk. From the hotel, walk to May Square, July 9th Avenue, the obelisk, and the Port Madeira area are very close. If you want to shop, you can go to the pedestrian street where the nearby Pacific Arcade is located. The hotel service is also very thoughtful. At first glance, you are a foreigner and take the initiative to help you call a taxi to avoid poor communication with the taxi driver, and avoid being slaughtered by the taxi driver. Not all rooms have electric kettles. Compatriots who want to drink hot water can bring a thermos cup to the bar to ask for hot water.

The location is successful, everything is near, and what is not near - on transportation or taxi for a small price. (to trade is necessary, or the next taxi driver will be more cooperative) Everywhere shops, restaurants, walking street Florida. Currency exchange is the same. In 10-12 min. walking terminal from where ferries are sent to Uruguay. The room itself is large, two-room, with balcony and panoramic windows, stunning dawns and sunsets. (on the 37th floor) But very dusty. Bosic does not look. We left the country for a few days and, looking at other hotels around the city, decided to come back here because except dust, everything was fine. The Internet is good, the minimum dishes, but we were enough.The only thing was missing a microwave oven. Also after return I asked for 2 more towels for the pool, the manager replied please, but for $10, very not visionary from his side.For very lazy people there is a cafe right at the entrance, they serve good steaks for an acceptable price. Otherwise, it is normal.

Avoid this hotel at any cost. It was a shameless bait & switch tactic. We booked a quadruple room at the Recoleta Luxury Boutique Hotel. We prepaid a few nights to be on the safe side. When we showed up to check in according to plan the room we were supposed to occupy was not available due to, supposedly, emergency renovations. Staff gave us contradicting explanations: some pipeline had flooded the hotel but the renovations seemed to be more than just a last minute fix. It all looked planned. The unavailability of our room certainly came as a surprise, we had been in touch with hotel staff repeatedly throughout the prior weeks. They claimed that they did not have contact info to let us know about this unexpected turn of events: false, they had sent us confirmation of our booking to our email address. We had contacted them several times over the phone and in person leading up to our stay at the hotel. They sent us to another establishment belonging to the same hotel chain: the so-called Le B Club & Terrace. Ignore the pompous name: it is a student hostel with horrible maintenance and lousy hygiene. We are talking roaches; walls badly in need of a coat of paint; a rickety, claustrophobic elevator on the brink of malfunction, and a curious reluctance to change our towels, among other details. Both establishments seem to be seriously understaffed. The little staff there is available comes across as terminally uninterested, apathetic, jaded, possibly untrained, prone to lame excuses and bogus explanations. One of their pretexts was “I can’t help you because I just started in the job”. When we finally got lucky enough to confront the manager of Recoleta Luxury Boutique Hotel, an elusive woman by the name Carolina, she apologized profusely and claimed to be on our case. Once again, she wrote down our contact info (or pretended to do so). Several days have passed and we never heard back from her: out of sight, out of mind. In short: avoid this hotel and all its other sister establishments at all cost. It will be a disappointing and at times infuriating experience.
