725 Continental Hotel

725 Continental Hotel

Buenos Aires City Center Buenos Aires|0.82km from Teatro Colón
725 Continental Hotel is in a central position, short walk one way to Plaza de la Republica, with Obelisco, and a short walk the other way to Plaza de Mayo.A stop for the open top bus tours is on the other side of the street. Hailing a taxi is easy on the roadside but reception ordered a taxi without charge. The hotel has no car park, but there is paid-parking nearby. This art deco building is in a street of such buildings making for a scenic cityscape, both from the street and roof top terrace, where there is a bar and small pool. Sunset drinks were enjoyed on the roof. Room and ensuite was large and everywhere was clean. Reception directed us to 2 double rooms before finding the twin we had booked, which was an unwanted inconvenience after a long journey. There was a paid mini bar but no kettle in the room. View was across to the buildings the other side of the street. Air conditioning worked well. The lifts are slow and the wait was tiresome, but fortunately we could use the stairs from our room on a lower floor. Breakfast is served on the first floor, and there is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, which we did not use. There are tango shows and many restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was adequate with omelettes cooked to order. Window tables have picturesque street views. Facilities give the five star rating, but 725 Continental Hotel is more comfortable than luxurious. Location and service on offer made it good value.

This is a fantastic hotel ! Location , Quality of Rooms , Breakfast but above all else it's the Staff , at Reception, in the Dining Room and the people who clean and service the rooms ...all without exception ...superb. Friendly , efficient , eager to assist with all requests and always with a smile! They have made our holiday in Buenos Aires a great one and congratulations to NH Hotels for their staff selection and training processes. It's a winner and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Buenos Aires. Near to main shopping streets , a variety of restaurants and a short taxi ride away from all visitor attractions. Thank you NH Hotel Tango and your excellent staff.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, and it is very comfortable and comfortable. In the bathroom there was no hair dryer, despite being the artifact that would hold it ... and the bath door was swelled by moisture and once you closed it, it was difficult to open. In addition, we asked for a double room, with two-bed, but they were two beds from a square sticked with a stick, which were departing ... Reiter, the location and human quality of the staff is remarkable, They would only need to take care of some details that make a three-star hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, excellent location ( from the side of the metro station, very close to the Pacific gallerie and other tourist points in general). For those who need RT-PCR, the hotel has a convenience with a laboratory that tests in the hotel itself.

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the obelisk and opposite the Clone Opera House. Hotel facilities are old, but very clean, very historic hotel. The front desk service is OK, the male waiters are generally average, and the waitresses are very enthusiastic. Breakfast is not bad.

The arrival very well the boy at the door in the mornings, throughout the stay, the staff in the afternoon, did not even want to open the door even though it was raining. The attention service in parts, derogatory, and the prices do not coordinate with those of the network. On the internet they promise 5,000 pesos and at the entrance the man asked me for 14,000 pesos. The next day, however, I heard that another man was being asked for 5,000 pesos each night. Something like that is unacceptable and doubtful. The bathtub without a plug, the curtains dirty and the tv did not work well. Bed and mattress fine but blankets are missing, it was cold. Very slow internet in the rooms. Generally good, to get out of trouble.

The hotel is excellent. However, when we inserted the card to turn on the light…the power went out, but a technician went and fixed it. Other than that, the staff are great and serve an excellent breakfast.
