Nice service and comfy environment. The hotel is conveniently located and the front desk was very helpful and enthusiastic. Room was good, tidy and spacious. Would recommend to all!

A very clean and quiet hotel located in the center of the city. Breakfast is simple but quite enough for any taste. Loved our stay here.

Spent two days here- the room was huge and comes with fridge and microwave. The hotel itself and room was extremely clean. My family and I enjoyed the time we spent here.

Very satisfied with the service! Stay at Hampton Inn as much as possible every time you travel. Clean and hygienic as always. The attitude of the service staff is also very good. 

Very good hotel, great value for money. Although the hotel is old, it is clean, tidy and spacious. The restaurant and front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast is also very good, with all the classic American breakfast options.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the front desk is very friendly. They checked us in 30 minutes early. It is highly recommended!

Overall very good

Room was very nice..good size..clean. Breafast waa geeat. Unfortunately..the room smelled like smoke which was very unsatisfactory. We alerted management who advised they could not switch rooms due to being fully booked. They offered to remedy the situation by putting in an ionizer but it did not remove the smell.

Check in was absolute disaster. Had 3 rooms booked for a large group. 1 room was ready on time (3pm check in). 2nd room wasn’t ready until 4:30 and 3rd room 5:30.. had to wait in a large line every time to inquire about the status because only 1 person was working the desk. Which is ridiculous for a Saturday and when everyone’s check in is 3pm. Rooms were only supplied with 1 towel (I checked off 4 people staying in the room upon booking). We called 3 times to bring us more and they never brought them. I will say however, the lady working the desk was very nice and professional. She was taking lots of flack from everyone because many more were in this situation. Upper management is clearly an issue with this place if this is the standard they set for their employees and customers.

I booked a two day trip, but due to weather conditions when I checked and asked to only stay one night and cancel the second. They told me to reach out to *******, which I did immediately and ******* was going to take care of this. The reason I didn’t cancel any sooner is I wanted to make sure they didn’t cancel both of my nights. now I’m being informed that I cannot get a refund for the night that I didn’t stay? This is unacceptable. I did as much as I could to give advance notice I was a Hilton member and I expected more out of this company. I believed I had a guarantee to at least up to 24 hours , first of all, I won’t recommend anyone going through ******* and second of all. I don’t know that I would stay at another Hampton Hilton Inn in that area again the service was horrible.

Jaice was wonderful at check in. So kind and helpful, great positive energy. Too bad the pet charge is so high ($75); that’s my only negative.

There isn't a single item that wasn't exceptional at this hotel. Everything was clean and secure, the breakfast was well done and delicious every morning, and the pool and hot tub area was awesome. The staff were kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional. Parking was a breeze with cheap rates and an excellent lot. This hotel checks all of the boxes and is in a great location for experiencing Buffalo. 15/10.
