"This hotel in Buffalo is quite good. The room is spacious enough, the bed is large, and all the basic amenities are provided. Just remember to ask the hotel for a toothbrush and toothpaste if you need them. There are no major issues. However, they give you a breakfast voucher for $15 per person, which is basically not enough. The cheapest set meal is $13, and with tax, it will definitely go over. This part is a bit strange. Some minor details are also a bit off, like the shower door not closing properly, causing water to splash out."

"The location is good but the whole city is in decline. It's the same no matter where you stay. There are few people in the whole city. Parking is charged. There is a parking building not far from the hotel. It is easy to park, but a little far away. There are few people. Parking at night is a bit scary. The breakfast is so-so, not as good as I said. It's a typical American breakfast. There are not many things. You can just eat it. The room is spacious and has no problem sleeping."

"Heat in our room wasn't working at 1:30 am. Keith was responsive and although he couldn't get the heat to work, he supplied us with a couple heating towers. We were also given a discount on our final bill due to our inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. Also, we waited quite awhile to order our breakfast (Starbucks). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay at this hotel again in the future."

"I chose this hotel for the exam, but on the first morning, the water was cut off, and there was no breakfast or hair washing service. The morning after the exam, I wanted to sleep in, but the fire alarm went off, and everyone was ordered downstairs at 7:30. The hotel prices increased drastically during the exam period. Breakfast was good; you have to order yourself, or you can eat as much as you want at the buffet. Everything else was average. There's a mini-train downstairs, so the rooms on the west side are a little noisy."

We enjoyed our rooms, which were warm and cleanly appointed. The accommodations were truly exquisite and it felt like home during our time of bereavement. I would like to thank the proprietors, Holly and Daniel, for providing a high level of exceptional customer service and attending to our every need while visiting. The explanation, presentation and freshness of the 4 course breakfast was fantastic! We were truly surprised and it was sensational! This will be our home away from home."
