We visited family in Buffalo for the Easter weekend and chose The Westin mostly because of the good reviews and for the Bonvoy points. We were simply blown away by the friendly and professional service we recevied at every moment of our stay. We had a slight issue with our remote control working and within minutes someone was at our room to fix it. The major highlight for our kids was the robotic butler Chip who made a surprise delivery of buffalo stuffed animals shortly after we checked in. Our kids were so excited--what a lovely way to welcome children! Later, we requested extra towels, and within minutes these were delivered by "Chip" as well, which was not only amusing, but also extremely convenient. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful and made you feel like a valued guest. The room itself was well-appointed and clean with very comfortable beds. I would highly recommend The Westin to anyone traveling to Buffalo!
