The room was equipped for 1 person instead of 2 (towels, glass) VERY clean room Very spacious shower worthy of more starred hotels Decent breakfast When booking with Trip, the tourist tax was paid. The hotel made us pay again without trying to understand the situation because "the tourist tax is always paid on site". After contacting the Trip after-sales service, confirmation that the hotel made us pay twice the tax. Thanks to Trip who took care of solving the problem and refunded me :). The hotel receptionist could have been more friendly and did some research (especially since the hotel was empty at the time)

The bed was sinking. Free parking! Clean facilities.

Classic hotel, well located in a quiet area

Самое эпичное это завтрак, блюда на котором закончились довольно быстро и не пополнялись. К вашим услугам - вода, соки, кофе, хлеб и тд. Но яичница/омлет, видимо, на ограниченное количество человек.

I was looking on a booking site for a hotel that has free parking. That's why I booked at this hotel. But despite that they charged me to pay for parking. They also charged for breakfast separately, without asking us if we were interested in breakfast. Thus a reservation of 220 francs for 2 nights suddenly became 270 francs. The hotel is under renovation. They are building more rooms. There were scaffolding in front of my room. Not a pleasant thing

Excellent structure, located in a quiet suburban area, in the middle of the countryside. Large outdoor paid parking (CHF 5/night). The hotel has communicating double rooms, i.e. located one in front of the other with the possibility of closing the end part of the corridor and forming a small common atrium (very useful for families with children). Large rooms, well furnished, spotlessly clean. Working air conditioning, TV with Italian channels. Small but new bathroom, well equipped, with large shower cubicle. Excellent international breakfast, in quality and quantity. Courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Hotel that I highly recommend even for short holidays in the splendid Gruyere region.

The hotel is well located near the city center with a nice view (well it depends on the room it is in) The room was small and poorly soundproofed We could hear the neighbors flushing Despite everything, it was practical and clean with its parking (payable )

DEPLORABLE reception person, first of all the price when establishing the invoice which seems to me higher than what it should be, even adding the tourist taxes, following the quick analysis I realize a parking tax of CHF 5.- which was not mentioned to us but billed directly. FOR INFO 1 free car park is less than 100m away!! Then the handing over of the keys...when I found myself in front of the bedroom door, it did not open. Back at reception the employee gives me a door opening lesson rather than coming to see for himself. Following a possibly sympathetic conflict, the employee finally comes to realize for himself that the door does not open, despite his given course. No apology, just received a key for another room. Ibis Gruyeres, move on, just pathetic!

In an area far from the center, paid but not secure parking. Clean plastic hotel in order. Breakfast with lots of choice but the coffee machine is bad. Simple but well organized room. Wifi only works in the hall (not in the rooms) very quiet hotel. Useful if you are passing through. No restaurant.

A very unpleasant receptionist, bordering on polite. We had the feeling of disturbing him. A contemptuous and haughty tone with derogatory responses. But otherwise very welcoming staff. Perhaps a bad day for this gentleman but who leaves a bad image of the establishment despite the kindness of his colleagues

Superbly located outside the city on a hillock with setting and rising sun. Brand new . We had two connecting rooms. We were made very welcome and the staff were very kind. The bike room is super beautiful and functional.
