It's a Huge hotel, nothing much to commend.

The equipment is a bit old so it often has problems, the receptionist, kitchen, and service are attentive and friendly.

The beach was nearby, the area around the hotel was lit up, and the view from the window was beautiful. However, the window in my room didn't close properly, and even when I locked it there was still a gap at the bottom, and when I came back from dinner there were hundreds of winged ants flying around the room. I asked the front desk to get rid of them, but they told me to wait 30 minutes because they were about to eat, and when I went back to the front desk after an hour had passed and they still hadn't come, they said they hadn't heard anything about it, and an employee handed me a towel and told me to make do with that. I have no complaints about the room itself. The price wasn't that high either, so I have no complaints. But I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms are old and poorly maintained. There are few people going there. The hotel is remote and not suitable for special forces. The surrounding scenery is very good during the day and night.

This is the first time I've seen something like this anywhere I've been. I checked into the room and found a dead body of a cockroach... I took a picture and threw it in the toilet out of fear that my children would see it. However, I put up a bed so the kids could sleep, but there was a bunch of trash and dust... Well... I said I could, but there was a lot of dust on the floor overall. There were no cleaning tools and I tried to hold out, but there was no water at all and I had to wash my 2 and 7 year old children without hot water, so even though I contacted the counter, they didn't answer the phone... This isn't right... A 3-day, 2-night plan would be the worst. I wanted to go down there, but there were only the hotel owner's children, so I told Trip.com and went out and waited for a taxi, but the hotel owner got angry and didn't say anything to me, but instead started threatening my mother-in-law and pushed her away. When I asked what he was doing, he said he couldn't give me a refund and cursed at me and left. .. Even though I paid, there was no sanitary water, no refrigerator, no supermarket, and the most absurd thing was that even though I made a reservation, they didn't even clean it. Trip.com introduces these truly evil companies. I think you shouldn't. I took a video of the water not coming out, but it's too bad I can't upload the video.
