Big room, good service attitude

This is the first time I've seen something like this anywhere I've been. As soon as I arrived at the accommodation, it was locked and I didn't open it until a while later, but my family was the only one staying in the accommodation and there was no one around, so I thought it would be okay since I had my family there. I checked into the room and found a dead body of a cockroach... I took a picture and threw it in the toilet out of fear that my children would see it. However, I put up a bed so the kids could sleep, but there was a bunch of trash and dust... Well... I said I could, but there was a lot of dust on the floor overall. There were no cleaning tools and I tried to hold out, but there was no water at all and I had to wash my 2 and 7 year old children without hot water, so even though I contacted the counter, they didn't answer the phone... This isn't right... A 3-day, 2-night plan would be the worst. I wanted to go down there, but there were only the hotel owner's children, so I told Trip.com and went out and waited for a taxi, but the hotel owner got angry and didn't say anything to me, but instead started threatening my mother-in-law and pushed her away. When I asked what he was doing, he said he couldn't give me a refund and cursed at me and left. .. Even though I paid, there was no sanitary water, no refrigerator, no supermarket, and the most absurd thing was that even though I made a reservation, they didn't even clean it. Trip.com introduces these truly evil companies. I think you shouldn't. I took a video of the water not coming out, but it's too bad I can't upload the video.

When I used it 4 years ago, I was so satisfied that I used it again, but maybe it was because I didn't take care of it during the corona period, so it's old and old. I hope it gets better next time!

It's really perfect. It's clean, the location is so good, and the view is so great, so I stayed at the hotel longer than I thought. I definitely want to come back next time.
