"This is a hotel that I really like and frequently use. I often stay in the suite rooms here. If you do not have your own motorbike or car to drive, it might be difficult to stay at this hotel because there are not many places to go or convenience facilities nearby. However, the staff are always friendly and everything is clean. The breakfast is also good. Overall, I am satisfied with almost everything about this hotel. I usually stay in the suites, but the carpet in the suite rooms is often dirty and you can see stains on it. Sometimes the sink lever is broken or the water does not drain well. I visit quite often, but it seems like these repairs are not handled very well, which is a bit disappointing. Still, I am satisfied with the service and overall quality of the hotel."

"We had an interior room with no outside window and it was actually amazing. We slept the best we have slept the 2 weeks we have been here. We were on the top floor and heard a thunderstorm at night which was nice ambient noise to help us back to sleep when we woke up. It was a great one night stop on our way from Da Nang to Ha Long"

"Another great stay at the Wink hotel. Staff are phenomenal and very welcome and warm. A joy to be around as they make you feel at home. Definitely 5 star service from all members of the hotel staff. Had the opportunity to meet one of the managers of that location and he is very easy to talk to and very informative. Would definitely recommend this hotel in the future to anybody travelling to Vietnam Hai Phong. "
