The staff couldn’t help you enough (Thanks Le) helped organise a great day trip around the island for only $25, he doesn’t try to push tours on you but happy to help with local transport around and to from hanoi, Sapa, etc. plenty of bikes on hand to zip up to the national parks and do some more sight seeing I will be back!"

"Lovely place - meets the expectations we had from the pictures we saw online. The garden areas were really beautiful and obviously a labor of love. A nice feature of the rooms are the smart tvs in each to watch Netflix, YouTube , Prime etc. And the hottest showers we had in the country ! The pool was clean and surprisingly refreshing given the extraordinary heat when we were there. Food was nice - freshly prepared and the owner is very helpful and speaks good English - he booked us a private tour of Lan Ha Bay that was a highlight of our trip- just the two of us on a small boat with a lunch prepared onboard - some of the best food we had in all of the 3 weeks we spent in Vietnam ! I highly recommend doing this tour !"
