5-Star Hotels in Haiphong

I stayed in room 2201. When I took a shower, the shower stall wasn't fully enclosed, so water splashed out and I had to put a towel on the floor. Also, there was no remote for the air conditioner, so it was really inconvenient having to go near the door every time I wanted to use it. These two things were the most inconvenient.

Location & Transportation: The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to dining and shopping. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and various attractions. Ambiance & Hygiene: The lobby design is simple yet grand. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and fresh. There was even a subtle fragrance in the air, allowing me to completely relax the moment I stepped in. Service: The front desk lady was very friendly and processed my check-in quickly. She even upgraded my room for free! Room service was very responsive; the extra toiletries I requested were delivered within minutes. A special shout-out to the cleaning staff; every day I returned to a perfectly tidied room, and they even left thoughtful handwritten greeting cards. Facilities & Comfort: The mattress was just right, neither too soft nor too firm, and there were pillows of various heights to choose from. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. There was plenty of hot water, and the shower pressure was perfect, washing away all the day's fatigue.

We booked a hotel on the day of check-in, confirmed quickly. The only thing I didn't notice that breakfast was not included, it upset us. In general the hotel is comfortable, we spent 2 nights here. The hotel has a cafe, a 17-story bar, a bar near the sea, a children's area, a spa. In the morning I woke up at 6 a.m. and went to the sea bath. From 7 a.m. the pool works. The room we had a view of the bay in 3 hotels. The hotel consists of 3 complexes, of which the restaurant and bar in the second building. The room was spacious and clean. We liked everything.

It's great for people who play golf, but it's too hard and difficult for people who aren't involved in it.
