GGuest UserGreat hotel! The owner is an exceptionally friendly person. He is the genuinely nicest person we have met on our entire trip to Vietnam. He even advised us to leave the island because of the incoming typhoon when we wanted to extend for another night. The rooms are clean and new. There is really nothing we can complain about

GGuest UserWebsite trip and motel coordinate poorly 1 , washing does not dry clothes, so waiting for a long time is minus when you want to go to the morning bath or take a boat in the morning, accommodation is far away, so consider taking a motorbike or car (no electric car) , pay attention when you want to use the service j should ask about the price (avoid the owner is comfortable until the time of payment is unexpected), note: should actively request the requirements, bed linens, there are mosquitoes at night, should pay attention, pay attention to the sign on the safety wheel (sometimes there is a police when passing the ring standing there). The host also doesn't care much about what guests do, so it's quite comfortable

NNigelKept hotel it was in pristine condition and the breakfasts were Brilliant except the Manager said it hasn’t received payment and they need me to pay again from my Bank which actually did he now recognise the mistake because I proved to him with printouts from the hotel that I paid already he promised pay me back via PayPal and took the relevant pictures from PayPal is now five days and nothing……????

Единственное что омрачило пребывание это заселение в другой номер вместо заявленного номера с большим окном и одной кроватью кингсайз нам дали номер с маленьким окошком и двумя кроватями обосновывая это тем что другие номера заняты, наш номер освободился только на 2 день пребывания. Не первый раз встречаемся с такой ситуацией во Вьетнаме, печально получать такой номер когда отель оплачен заранее.

NNadia-68The hotel was 2 nights, flew from Nyachang to Hanoi, then to the island to visit the Gulf of Langha and Halong. At once on the recipe, they bought a tour to Halong for 600,000 d. per person. - The views are amazing, the service on the yacht of all staff - super, attentive and caring.
In the hotel all staff are good ́-careful, attentive to requests, good ́ and fun ́. English we almost don't know, communicated through the translator in the phone, they talked to us patiently. We were pleased to be in their hands). They arranged for us a smooth trip back to Hanoi . Thank you from the Soul. The hotel is very successfully located - in the very center of the island. From the balcony is visible square, fountain, in the evening it includes music and beautiful lighting, Trees are all in the lights too. For children there are colorful car rental. Outside the sea square. Walking from the hotel 3 minutes to the new beach straight through the square. Near shops and cafes with delicious food and beautiful feeding. We are delighted to stay on the island, on the mainland and in general from the inhabitants of this country!
