I had a fantastic stay here with my friends! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the location couldn’t have been better so convenient for exploring the area. The service was excellent from start to finish, with friendly and helpful staff. The amenities were great too everything we needed was available, and we really enjoyed our time. Would definitely recommend it for a group trip!

I was late due to the ferry closure and didn't stay at the hotel overnight. But I arrived in the morning and went to the hotel. I had a voucher with breakfast. The staff accepted it and allowed me to go to the cafe for breakfast. I'm very grateful for that. At the same time, I booked a Ha Long tour, which was very convenient.

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel in Cat Ba! The atmosphere was incredibly cozy, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A huge shoutout to the manager, who went above and beyond for us. She was always attentive to our needs and incredibly helpful, even taking care of booking our bus tickets to our next destination. Another major plus is that they have an ATM right on-site and accept card payments for absolutely everything, which is super convenient and made our trip so much smoother. If you are visiting Cat Ba, this is definitely the place to stay!

The room was very clean and tidy, with complete and new facilities. The surrounding environment was very quiet, and there were all kinds of restaurants downstairs, making it very convenient to eat. The receptionist spoke Chinese and was very nice, even recommending nearby attractions. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again next time; I will definitely choose this hotel again. 1. Отель находится от центральной набережной в 20 минутах ходьбы, чтобы дойти до центра вам надо сначала подняться в горку, а потом спуститься. Если на центральной набережной сплошная стройка, то возле отеля тихо и спокойно. Также из отеля открывается отличный вид на бухту. 2. Отель предлагает экскурсии, билеты на автобусы и лимузины, можно покушать и любоваться пейзажами на последнем этаже. Можно отдать вещи в стирку. Предлагается аренда мотобайков. 3. Цена номеров очень привлекательная, в центре за такой номер с видом на стройку с вас возьмут в два раза больше. В цену номера входит простой завтрак. Как итог: в 2025 это один из лучших вариантов на Катба в своей ценовой категории.

The hotel was very clean and the reception was very friendly and kind. They are able to book excursions and such for you. Unfortunately we did not do any excursions as we were there for a short time and most of them were a full day tour. Also keep in mind that the small town is under construction along the water so unfortunately you have to walk a decent amount away or rent a motorcycle to see any views.

Nice HomeStay in the mountains. The facilities were good and the owners hired us scooters and arrange for our transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba. They had some books, cards and board games available. The tables around the pool were nice to have food or a drink around. The location is out of town, so not as many food options available but the homestay offers okay food - the banana pancakes were nice. The room was spacious, cold aircon and hot water with a little balcony which was nice. It was excellent value for money and very easy to get to the nation park and caves from on a scooter ☺️ If you book any day tours, they will pick you up from the hotel too. The boat tour was enjoyable - we booked through GetYourGuide, but the homestay also offers tours as well.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. Motorbike rental was 100k. There were many places to eat nearby, but breakfast was no longer available recently.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and clean rooms. The incredibly helpful staff organized tours, transportation, and laundry, making my stay exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel was 2 nights, flew from Nyachang to Hanoi, then to the island to visit the Gulf of Langha and Halong. At once on the recipe, they bought a tour to Halong for 600,000 d. per person. - The views are amazing, the service on the yacht of all staff - super, attentive and caring. In the hotel all staff are good ́-careful, attentive to requests, good ́ and fun ́. English we almost don't know, communicated through the translator in the phone, they talked to us patiently. We were pleased to be in their hands). They arranged for us a smooth trip back to Hanoi . Thank you from the Soul. The hotel is very successfully located - in the very center of the island. From the balcony is visible square, fountain, in the evening it includes music and beautiful lighting, Trees are all in the lights too. For children there are colorful car rental. Outside the sea square. Walking from the hotel 3 minutes to the new beach straight through the square. Near shops and cafes with delicious food and beautiful feeding. We are delighted to stay on the island, on the mainland and in general from the inhabitants of this country!
