Amazing
TTravel Expert 92Pullman Grand Hotel is a very good 5 star hotel.
Location is the best among other hotels, right at the center of the city with great view.
Hotel staffs are very friendly. Receptionists are so helpful, they offer me upgrade and late check out.
Nice pool, but I was it were heated pool
However, I am a little bit disappointed that there is no welcome drinks and welcome fruit for such that high price.

너너구리 064The owner is incredibly kind. The location is super close to the Oasis, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's condition is great, and the amenities are well-maintained. I travel quite a bit, and this is the first hotel I've stayed in that provides salt for brushing teeth – quite a unique touch! The breakfast is also good for the price. My only minor complaint is that the room felt a bit humid. Other than that, I'm very satisfied. I just want to reiterate, the owner is truly lovely. Thank you!

From the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds to the kitchen and the wonderful staff—everything was perfect!
I spent 11 nights at this hostel
and didn't want to leave at all.
At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request).
There were always fresh towels at reception.
Delicious food and the nicest chefs.
At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash)
No stress or complications.
I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible.

For every morning and evening
When I came to the pool bar, I always smiled when I saw you! Thank you for your kindness. For making me feel at home away from home (this is not just a slogan, it is the motto of the entire hotel.
The rooms and beds - a separate love
Nowhere else have I found such comfortable and ergonomically correct beds
Not only a locker, shelf, lamp and socket, but also a large amount of space on the side of the bed where you can conveniently lay out your things (and hide your backpack in a large locker under the bed)
No mess and always clean.
Clean and functional showers and toilets.
Plenty of space, no unpleasant odours.
Importantly, there is space to work. The bar has enough space for fun evenings and for work.
Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed.
The hostel observes quiet hours.
For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused.
In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves.
So nice!

AAlstonNgohGreat stay at Sheraton Hai Phong Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the location was convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The gym and swimming pool were excellent, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The service staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. The front desk and bell staff were also very professional and courteous. Overall, it met the standard I would expect from a Marriott hotel, and I was not disappointed.
One small area for improvement is the bathroom ventilation. The exhaust fan was not very strong, and sometimes there was a slight smell in the bathroom when the air conditioning was not on.

GGuest UserClean. The room has toiletries and a kettle. You can get drinking water in the kitchen. Beautiful surroundings and fresh air. Mountains, birds, butterflies. Two large windows with a great view! The hosts are friendly and speak English. There's a cafe right in the hotel with a decent selection of dishes and reasonable prices. You can book excursions and transfers to get to the city. You can also rent a bike. Be aware that taxi apps don't work on the island, so you'll either need to rent a bike or book a taxi through hotels or hail one on the street. The hotel is quite far from everything. The only major downside is the poor soundproofing in the rooms; you can hear all your neighbors very clearly.

BBec TryonThe hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

Мы оставались всего на пару ночей, но даже пожалели об этом. Чисто, аккуратно, убирались каждый день. Завтрак с не очень большим выбором, но вкусный и можно найти что-то, чтобы не голодать. Бар наверху с небольшим выбором, но даже если коктейля нет в карте, то можно заказать микс на свой вкус 👌
Еду в кафе попробовали совсем немного, но то что приготовили - было супер 🔥
Бассейн был очень уж холодным, но чистый и не перехлорированный.
