Mountain View Hotels in Haiphong

Very nice hotel. The rooms are luxurious and the beds are very comfy. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They gave great tips for our planned day trips and organised a scooter for us that was delivered to the hotel. The breakfast was also very nice. 15 minutes walk to Cat Co 3 beach and many restaurants arround. Would absolutely stay here again.

Conveniently located, we picked this hotel to do a one day boat trip to Alan Ha bay and a day in the National parc. Mattress was comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was good. The whole street was under big construction so it was noisy and dusty. Better to double check with the hotel to make sure roadwork is complete. Suggestion : 1. change body wash and shampoo as the one provided in our room smell bad, 2. Partner with a better motorbike rental company : we rent 2 different scooters through the hotel, both were in poor condition (damaged tyres, poor brake, empty tank, engine failure, smelly helmet)

The room was very clean and tidy, with complete and new facilities. The surrounding environment was very quiet, and there were all kinds of restaurants downstairs, making it very convenient to eat. The receptionist spoke Chinese and was very nice, even recommending nearby attractions. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again next time; I will definitely choose this hotel again. I did not receive the room type that I reserved through Trip.com. My booking was for two suite rooms, each with two beds and one sofa bed, to accommodate a total of nine guests. Upon arrival, the reception staff informed me that this room type was not available and stated that the listing on Trip.com was incorrect. As a result, the rooms provided do not match my confirmed reservation, causing significant inconvenience to my group. I would appreciate an explanation for this discrepancy and an appropriate resolution as soon as possible.

Nicely decorated room and very comfortable and funcional. The location is not great, it is bit far from the center and even more from the beaches. Staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast has some options but the quality is not the best. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant but it is not clear what are the open hours. We tried to get there in the afternoon and nobody was there.

Kept hotel it was in pristine condition and the breakfasts were Brilliant except the Manager said it hasn’t received payment and they need me to pay again from my Bank which actually did he now recognise the mistake because I proved to him with printouts from the hotel that I paid already he promised pay me back via PayPal and took the relevant pictures from PayPal is now five days and nothing……????

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. Motorbike rental was 100k. There were many places to eat nearby, but breakfast was no longer available recently.

We had a great stay! Our room was huge with a beautiful view and even a bonus of a sunset. We had a mini fridge, hairdryer and a kettle. We stayed at room 801. Our hotel manager was amazing and gave us lots of tips. Plus he sells tours too which made everything much easier. We booked the 1 night 2 day cruise. Breakfast was delicious you have choices sweet or savory and we got omelette with veggies and a fresh baguette. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Clarissa from CANADA.
