YYannick.vdhWe had an amazing stay in this boutique hotel.
The hosts were super nice and really treated us the best they could.
At first the location seemed a bit away from the center, and without grab we were sceptic how to get to the center. But the hosts were super helpfull and brought us by car and picked us up as well. We even lend 1 scooter for an evening for free!
The room was super new and had everything we needed. Good bed, big smart tv (for resting day), great shower, good AC and small balcony.
We got homemade Vietnamese breakfast everyday. Even when my girlfriend asked for just fruits they made an amazing platter full.
These people were so nice and asked nothing in return. We wanted to pay for the rides but they refused.
The hotel is in a super new area and the streets are only accessible for people who need to be there, which makes it very safe as well. Just note that if booking a tour they cannot pick you up in front of the hotel, but just 3 minutes walk away, so no problems.

GGuest UserDue to changes in my itinerary, I temporarily arrived at Paul Chabot Hotel at about 10 a.m. the night before check-in (booking on March 15th) the next day (March 16). The front desk informed me that check-in would normally be at 2 p.m. But seeing that we had arrived, they arranged for us to check in early.
The hotel is very clean and unique inside and outside. We originally booked a regular twin room for two nights, but after seeing that the environment was very elegant, we decided to stay in a room with a street view and a terrace for the second night.
The room with terrace is very cost-effective, we like it very much😊
We would like to express our gratitude to the two staff at the front desk for their help in arranging our check-in and booking a taxi to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. They also arranged for us to take away breakfast to enjoy in the car.

The service staff was friendly, the apar**ent facilities were complete, and the location was excellent, close to a park, and there were a lot of people at night. There is a seafood restaurant 500 meters in front of the hotel, which is very good. You can eat as much as you want for 200 yuan.

NNigelKept hotel it was in pristine condition and the breakfasts were Brilliant except the Manager said it hasn’t received payment and they need me to pay again from my Bank which actually did he now recognise the mistake because I proved to him with printouts from the hotel that I paid already he promised pay me back via PayPal and took the relevant pictures from PayPal is now five days and nothing……????

BBec TryonThe hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.
