MM24773****The serviced apartment is conveniently located near a bank downstairs and many restaurants and cafes. The room is clean, tidy, and well-laid out, with an induction cooker, pots and pans, and complete toiletries. A dedicated laundry lady washes and neatly folds the laundry before delivering it to the room. The price is also reasonable. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Haiphong.

There was too much noise from the chairs above. The chatter and cart of the housekeepers were also great. ... I paid extra and extended the check-out time, which was very disappointing.

DDOSHIN 여행전문가It's been a while since I've been to Hai Phong... I booked this place because it's near Koreatown.
I booked for three nights and had a great stay.
I heard it's mostly used by LG employees.
The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly.
The golf course is also within walking distance.
I think I'll stay here again. I had a great stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very convenient location to famous sightseeing and dining spots, however it is under renovation so it is dusty. The room is very spacious, cleanliness is average. The service quality is more like a hostel than a hotel.

The service staff was friendly, the apar**ent facilities were complete, and the location was excellent, close to a park, and there were a lot of people at night. There is a seafood restaurant 500 meters in front of the hotel, which is very good. You can eat as much as you want for 200 yuan.

NNigelKept hotel it was in pristine condition and the breakfasts were Brilliant except the Manager said it hasn’t received payment and they need me to pay again from my Bank which actually did he now recognise the mistake because I proved to him with printouts from the hotel that I paid already he promised pay me back via PayPal and took the relevant pictures from PayPal is now five days and nothing……????

BBec TryonThe hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.
