Due to changes in my itinerary, I temporarily arrived at Paul Chabot Hotel at about 10 a.m. the night before check-in (booking on March 15th) the next day (March 16). The front desk informed me that check-in would normally be at 2 p.m. But seeing that we had arrived, they arranged for us to check in early. The hotel is very clean and unique inside and outside. We originally booked a regular twin room for two nights, but after seeing that the environment was very elegant, we decided to stay in a room with a street view and a terrace for the second night. The room with terrace is very cost-effective, we like it very much😊 We would like to express our gratitude to the two staff at the front desk for their help in arranging our check-in and booking a taxi to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. They also arranged for us to take away breakfast to enjoy in the car. A very loving and considerate hotel😊

The location is excellent, very convenient for getting to various places. The hotel is clean and the room facilities are very complete. There were 8 of us traveling, and we booked 4 rooms: 801, 803, 807, and 808. Each room was slightly different and had its own unique character, which everyone enjoyed. We will definitely book again if we have the opportunity to visit Haiphong again. Full marks and highly recommended.

The best hotel I stayed in during my 10-day stay in Vietnam. The service staff was friendly, the apar**ent facilities were complete, and the location was excellent, close to a park, and there were a lot of people at night. There is a seafood restaurant 500 meters in front of the hotel, which is very good. You can eat as much as you want for 200 yuan.

The homestay features free WiFi and free private parking. There is a private bathroom with a bidet/shower in all units, along with free toiletries, a hairdryer and slippers. Guests at Catba Papillon Garden Bungalows & Resort can enjoy an Asian breakfast. There is a shared lounge at the property and cycling is possible nearby. Xuan Dam Beach is 2 km from the property, while Ben Beo Harbour is 7.8 km away. The nearest airport is Cat Bi International Airport, 45 km from Catba Papillon Garden Bungalows & Resort, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.

Excellent in all aspects, truly great. In the morning, breakfast on the 8th-floor terrace by the pool. If you have laundry, it's done impeccably.

Kept hotel it was in pristine condition and the breakfasts were Brilliant except the Manager said it hasn’t received payment and they need me to pay again from my Bank which actually did he now recognise the mistake because I proved to him with printouts from the hotel that I paid already he promised pay me back via PayPal and took the relevant pictures from PayPal is now five days and nothing……????

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

Paul Chabot is a charming boutique hotel with a lovely, vintage-inspired design and a prime central location. Our room was immaculately clean and provided a comfortable base for exploring the city. The hotel's staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and pleasant stay. While the nostalgic aesthetic is beautiful, the open-air design of the courtyard and corridors can sometimes let outside noise echo quite loudly, which is something to be mindful of. Overall, it's a great choice for travelers who appreciate unique, elegant design and a superb location.

The location is ok. The facility is seem too old. The service is not good during Sunday because no cleaning service. However, they arrange another room to compensate such problem.
