Have a great stay there. The location is very convenient to BTS and near by Emsphere. The breakfast is enough chooses. The staff is polite and nice.

Excellent location, just 5 mins walk from Phrong Phrom BTS station. Easily access to most of the popular shopping mall, like Central World, Terminal 21, Emproium etc. Though breakfast buffet had not many choices, it should be more than enough to fill up your stomach. The quality of food was good though. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a good experience. Will definitely come back next time.

The pool is a rather small one with many people. The windows in the room only take up 70% of the height of the room so the view is obstructed by the concrete wall. My room faced some buildings. It looks pretty dark.
This Hyatt properly is nothing special but the price is on the higher end.

Very good location close to the BTS and malls, extra sofa bed good enough for two kids. Breakfast at hotel is a good option if you want to eat early (restaurants in the mall opens at 10am). Coming back to this hotel again in the future.

Location is very convenient, 5 mins walk to Phrom Phong BTS station. There are 2 convenience stores and big shopping malls nearby. Food and live band at hotel’s top roof bar are nice too. Staff are friendly and polite too! However, the swimming pool is quite small. Will stay in this hotel again for our next visit :)

Room was spacious and location is about 10 mins walk to the bts station. Breakfast selection is not huge but sufficient. Nice location to stay in.

Consider convenient but doesn’t worth to get the high floor with view. The room is eventually smaller and the layout is weird. The normal room is good enough

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more convenient, and the room service was exceptional—prompt and courteous. While the breakfast options were somewhat limited for my taste, they were still satisfying. The pool, though smaller than anticipated, provided a refreshing escape.
One of the highlights was the fantastic fitness and yoga room facilities, which allowed me to maintain my routine while away from home. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying there again for shorter stays.

The hotel has good location with many shops, local and international restaurants. The hotel service is very friendly and take care of our visit. The bar is in the rooftop where you can have a pleasant meal and listen the band.

We spent several nights here with our four kids 👧🏽👧🏽👶🏽👶🏽 and enjoyed the stay a lot! We came here for the second time. The rooms are modern and smartly arranged. The breakfast offers a wide range of foods to choose from. The open balcony was our favourite spot to start the day with coffee and a view. As we love the view over big cities we also choose to have dinner at the hotel sky view bar AIRE! It’s located on 28th floor and is definitely a must visit while in Bangkok. Not to forget that the kids loved the pool on the 9th floor.
We will definitely come back!
