"I loved stay at this hotel. The services, facilities, and food were all great. My friend and I stayed here at the end of our trip to Vietnam and we decided that we will always end our trips at a relaxing hotel like this one. The staff was also so helpful. They helped us transfer our baggage to another room when the AC unit in our room stopped working. Would definitely stay here again."

Unfortunately, out of the 4-day accommodation, I encountered 2 days of unpleasant experiences. Actually, this hotel's hardware and renovation facilities are top-tier in Hai Phong, which is also the hotel's strength. However, I believe the hotel's core value lies in guests experiencing professional hospitality from service staff (including verbal respect and the ability to recognize whether someone is a guest). The hotel lobby service staff, as frontline personnel, need to work harder to improve. Otherwise, having guests' accommodation experience affected by service staff's inappropriate words and actions is truly counterproductive and wastes such excellent hardware. I hope the hotel can make improvements. This definitely affects guests' choice for their next stay and their recommendations to friends."

From the moment I stepped through the doors, Aui Nguyen Trai felt like a calm exhale in the middle of the city’s lively rhythm. The location is spot-on—close enough to Hai Phong’s cafés, markets, and landmarks for easy wandering, yet tucked just enough off the main flow to stay quiet at night. The rooms are bright, thoughtfully laid out, and impeccably clean; little details—good water pressure, comfortably firm mattresses, and reliable Wi-Fi—made it effortless to settle in after a day out. Service is where the hotel truly shines. Staff were warm without being overbearing, quick with local tips, and genuinely proactive—everything from a smooth check-in to helping with rides and recommendations felt easy and human. Public spaces are tidy and modern, and the overall vibe is understated—more “well-curated haven” than flashy boutique, which I loved. Value for money is excellent; you get the kind of comfort and consistency that usually costs more. If you’re visiting Hai Phong for work or a quick city break before heading to the islands, this is a place that makes travel feel simple—in the best possible way. I’d gladly stay here again."

"1. Check-in is convenient, fast and friendly, and there is an underground parking lot; 2. The room environment is clean and the facilities are complete (there is a rooftop bar but it is not open, which does not affect the overall situation); 3. The location may not be very convenient, and there are government departments nearby, but there are markets, restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores within a 15-minute walk. It is a 20-minute drive from the bus station, a 10-minute drive from the railway station, a 30-minute drive from Haiphong Cat Bi Airport, and a 120-minute drive from Hanoi Noi Bai Airport. 4. There is a religious unit next to it, and religious activities are held at 6 am and 6 pm, which will have some noise impact."

"Nice hotel renovated with traditional features evoking a French past. Could have had more srle toon for breakfast, we arrived gor breakfast with 30 minutes before the restaurant closed and there was almost no fruit and no cold cuts and cheese so an improvement there would be an advantage"

"We had an interior room with no outside window and it was actually amazing. We slept the best we have slept the 2 weeks we have been here. We were on the top floor and heard a thunderstorm at night which was nice ambient noise to help us back to sleep when we woke up. It was a great one night stop on our way from Da Nang to Ha Long"
