We had an interior room with no outside window and it was actually amazing. We slept the best we have slept the 2 weeks we have been here. We were on the top floor and heard a thunderstorm at night which was nice ambient noise to help us back to sleep when we woke up. It was a great one night stop on our way from Da Nang to Ha Long

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its exceptional maintenance and outstanding service. The property is impeccably maintained, with every detail thoughtfully tended to. The rooms were spotless, with modern furnishings and all amenities in perfect working order—no creaky beds or flickering lights here! The common areas, from the lobby to the elevators, sparkled with cleanliness, and the landscaping outside was pristine, creating a welcoming atmosphere. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to assist with any request, whether it was extra towels or local dining recommendations. The front desk team greeted me with genuine warmth, and housekeeping went above and beyond to ensure comfort. Even the maintenance crew was prompt and discreet, keeping everything in top shape without disrupting guests. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, adding to the overall delightful stay. This hotel clearly prioritizes guest satisfaction, and it shows in every aspect. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay. Highly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a flawless hotel experience!

I was surprised at how good this hotel was as it was quite cheap but had everything I could want, even an induction hotplate and a pan to cook in. The location was perfect, in a quiet lane near everywhere I wanted to go, near a park and lake, round the corner from the opera house, and within easy walking distance from the station. Next door is a terrific crab soup restaurant. I loved Haiphong and enjoyed staying in the Eastern hotel.

Here’s my honest, heart-felt take on Aui Nguyen Trai in Hai Phong City, Vietnam. From the moment I stepped through the doors, Aui Nguyen Trai felt like a calm exhale in the middle of the city’s lively rhythm. The location is spot-on—close enough to Hai Phong’s cafés, markets, and landmarks for easy wandering, yet tucked just enough off the main flow to stay quiet at night. The rooms are bright, thoughtfully laid out, and impeccably clean; little details—good water pressure, comfortably firm mattresses, and reliable Wi-Fi—made it effortless to settle in after a day out. Service is where the hotel truly shines. Staff were warm without being overbearing, quick with local tips, and genuinely proactive—everything from a smooth check-in to helping with rides and recommendations felt easy and human. Public spaces are tidy and modern, and the overall vibe is understated—more “well-curated haven” than flashy boutique, which I loved. Value for money is excellent; you get the kind of comfort and consistency that usually costs more. If you’re visiting Hai Phong for work or a quick city break before heading to the islands, this is a place that makes travel feel simple—in the best possible way. I’d gladly stay here again.

The hotel is in a very convenient location to famous sightseeing and dining spots, however it is under renovation so it is dusty. The room is very spacious, cleanliness is average. The service quality is more like a hostel than a hotel.

The room was clean and had everything you needed. The staff was friendly and eager to help. The hotel and room design is a bit unique, reminiscent of '90s chic, but that's not a big deal. The location is a bit off the main streets, but the area itself is fine. I was happy with everything.

Another great stay at the Wink hotel. Staff are phenomenal and very welcome and warm. A joy to be around as they make you feel at home. Definitely 5 star service from all members of the hotel staff. Had the opportunity to meet one of the managers of that location and he is very easy to talk to and very informative. Would definitely recommend this hotel in the future to anybody travelling to Vietnam Hai Phong. 

Check-in fast. The apartment is large. An entire room with division of the sleeping area with glass door and curtain. Quiet apartment. There are 2 double beds. With a slightly too firm mattress. The living area is excellent for eating a meal for 2 or 3 people. The kitchen area is equipped to eat for 2 people. With microwave and large refrigerator. There are also pans and a pot, but they are useless because there are no stoves for cooking. A few hundred meters away there is a shopping center. And many shops within walking distance. Excellent apartment with very affordable price.

Pros: - Super friendly staff - Quiet and comfortable location near Vincom center- - Easy to get anywhere by motorbike - Has microwave, washing machine and refrigerator - Many restaurants nearby - Convenience store hi just a block away Cons: - No elevator from first to second floor, if you have a large luggage will to carry to second floor - wifi not working the first 3 nights and start to work on the last night of my stay
