As hotel say guest is god but the hotel ***ager have no ***ners how to talk with staff so how he can run this property the hotel front ***ager and other staff is good and awesome. Food service is awesome all members are so good over there.

While the hotel is new, modern and clean,, it is in a remote area. Most of the staff struggle with English.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Bundi. It’s a 4 km walk or tuk tuk ride into town.

Only Bottled water is offered at Ananta Bundi, although as per law they have to offer regular water also which is not provided by them Although their food and services are excellent But free water is right of every citizen which they cannot deny

I really love the way this hotel is handled by professionals specially front office as the services are very prompt with smile in their faces , express check in , room was with city facing view and wide variety in breakfast and for rejuvenate hotel got beautiful swimming pool, What else you need when u r away from home, thanks to all hotel staff and hotel classic sapphire ananta to making pleasent stay,

Had a great experience staying in classic sapphire Ananta Bundi .The rooms were great and the food was good as well. Really appreciate the staff for providing us with great services. Definitely gonna stay here for my next visit.

The staff is very friendly and service oriented. Food is excellent. Bundi has an awesome heritage worth exploring. The sales ***age Kuval Pratap Singh Solanki takes the cake and Berkeley in service orientation. We got stranded at a place miles away from civilisation and he went the extra mile to help us. It’s people like him who create apostles from customers. 🌸🌸

Room excellent. Service poor~ thrice I called reception how to operate TV and no response fir half an hour. Attendant came with lame excuse of his less knowledge. We dropped to see TV. Our car was smartly parked by a driver at the time of check-in but while checkout time we were asked to do by yourself asdriver was not available and in parking one scorpio car was standing in front of my Eco sport but no one was there after ***y time haunking one person came to shift it. At time of breakfast food was not up to mark I.e. poori bhaji- sunni was not fresh it was of last evening as it was tasting. No doubt ambience of hotel was excellent. Rooms were superb but service point was very very poor as compared to your four star rating. May be your new property is still budding. Hope next time may be much better service.
